With A Perfect Circle being one of my favorite bands, I decided to make an official thread for discussion on them. However, with their current status, I've requested to have the thread's official status revoked as there was no need for it. Kind of a lost cause, given the mess that the thread listing is.

The most intriguing thing to me about APC is the artistic appeal, not only their music, but also the lyrics and the vibrant imagery they can convey. Since that makes no sense, the most prominent example of this effect would be the entire Thirteenth Step album, but that's not saying Mer de Noms doesn't have its moments in songs like "The Hollow", "Orestes", "3 Libras", and especially "Brena".

After a couple years, these would have to be my favorite songs by A Perfect Circle that have withstood the numerous plays by myself and overplays on the radio:

The Hollow, Magdalena, Judith, Orestes, 3 Libras, Brena, Over, The Package, Weak and Powerless, The Noose, Blue, The Outsider, Pet, Gravity, Passive, Freedom of Choice, and The Hollow [Bunk Mix].

Current Status of APC
The band got back together in 2010 for a cash grab tour throughout 2011 before doing absolutely nothing. Maynard now sucks d**k for crack money.

haha yeah I love those songs in particular.

After getting a live concert of theirs, I want to see them live so much more now. All of their songs just simply sound better live, and the Nurse Who Loved Me alternate was amazing.

Forgot to add the acoustic cds. Might do that later after I've slept for 20 hours
