Long issue is long.

I have sent in a mail in letter on the 1st. I couldn't print out a form and I had ot hand write every info that was on the form thatneeded to be printed out.

Should I be reciving my letter ssoon?

Depending on which part of the United States or the World you are located in, mail in purchases typically takes up to 3-5 business days for the United States Postal service to process. Plus, adding to that is manually granting the purchase by corresponding to the information you have provided upon mailing out the purchase order.

Since monday is somewhat of a holidy 3nodding for some people sweatdrop Double check your inventory and if nothing still, fill out a Contact Us under Billing Inquiry.

Hello -

I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean if your new card has your old address on it? If so, that's up to your bank or credit card issuer.

If that's not it, please let me know.

Why are items being frozen?

When you make your first purchase on Gaia Online with either your PayPal account or a credit card, you are placed in a probationary period (of sorts) for 14 days where you are only able to purchase up to $42.50 worth of Gaia Cash or collectibles.

Once you enter that 14 day period, your purchased items will also become frozen for 7 days per order.

For example, if you make your first PayPal purchase (includes credit card) on October 1st, you're restricted to buying only $42.50 until October 15th.

AND

If that order was for $20 in Gaia Cash on the 1st then that Gaia Cash and anything bought with that Gaia Cash is frozen to your account for 7 days. It cannot be traded, sold, or gifted out of your account until October 8th.

If you made a second purchase for $20 of Gaia Casn on October 7th, then ALL of the Gaia Cash is frozen until October 15th - even the Gaia Cash left from your first purchase.

If you then purchased a Gaia Cash card and added that to your balance it too would be frozen until the 15th. We do not differentiate Gaia Cash based on orders.

If that were all that you purchased then on October 15th, your items will unfreeze and you will be able to make normal purchases without any freezing and your spending limit per month will be $200.

Hi, I recently bought 6 monthlys on my previous account -s h a s h a r o o- v5, that account has been permanently banned. Four of them were birthday presents for 2 of my friends. But when I tried to trade it before my account was banned it said I couldn't move frozen items. I had even made a thread about it in this forum. Thread

And one of the people said I had to wait 7 days. So I waited, but the next day since I made the thread, my account was permanently. As you can see, this is my new account. I have the billing information sent to my email and all evidence of it being bought. Is there any chance I could get my lost items?

Collectibles are generally released after all our amazing artists and developers have had lunch .. so that's about noon (California time).

Hello -

Unfortunately we don't move items out of banned accounts. In your case, you were given repeated warnings and failed to heed them and your account was banned. The consequence is that those items are frozen in that account.

This has never happened to me before. I tried to open my thank you letter, which I bought on the marketplace, and it said General Error Serial Numbers do not match and it disappeared from my inventory. Now I have nothing.

Edit: And now it suddenly appeared.

Generally that error means something happened when you tried to open it, but the item does appear in your inventory. It happens to be quite frequently but I've not ever seen a case where it was actually missing.
