About The Quester
My name is Ashley. On Gaia I go by Spazzie, Spazz, ProSpazz, or any other variant of my name. I'm 22 23 24 25 26, I'm a college graduate as of December '11, and I'm currently a somewhat underpaid game web QA person. After a few years living in Minnesota with my boyfriend fiance husband, I just moved back to warm NC in June 2014 after we got married Friday the 13th of September 2013. <3
Besides Gaia, I enjoy roller coasters, anime, writing, and learning to draw properly. I'm a NaNoWriMo winner of 2011, 2012, and 2013, and I currently have two books for sale on Amazon!
Questing/Gaian Background
Originally, this was a quest thread to celebrate the recovery of my account. I've had this account since October 30, 2003. It was banned on November 14, 2011 for supposed off-site trading. I had been given items by someone who had gotten them via that method, I guess, and I was brought down with them? I dunno. But after one month of dealing with a moderator who shut down my every question and then closed my ticket without resolution, I opened a new ticket with a different moderator who had my account returned within one week. So, you know, moderators tend to be unhelpful, I guess? Gotta prod around until you find one who actually cares. It's tough.
Anyway, when my account was returned, they removed the items I had been gifted by the user who had actually been banned. So this thread was to recover those items. That has been accomplished, this thread was shut down for months, and I was done with questing.
I still have some items I want though... but, inflation is crazy expensive and buying cash is out. My real munnies go toward rent, groceries, and student loans, not to support a money-hungry website. So, I just keep a quest thread open in the background in case a kind soul is feeling... kind. o uo;;
Current Quest
I never expect much of anything to come of my quest threads. I bump occasionally. I update mostly when I buy an item on the list or add something new. This is just to kind of keep track of what I want, and see if anyone might donate, in the off chance someone's feeling generous. ;D
I don't expect to complete these avatars or really gain all these items, but it's fun to dream~!
