this should go without saying; respect everyone who posts in this thread. be courteous and always remeber the general gaia rules and terms of service.

when speaking with us, please try your best to use proper spelling and grammar. it'll eliminate any confusion between the client and the artist. refrain from using chat/leet speak.

{ three }

please fill out all forms properly. proofread your submission for any errors, as any misspellings or mistakes could end up on your graphic, which is something no one wants.

{ four }

when the artist you request picks up your order, we ask you begin the trade. artists will not accept the trade until they finish your graphic and you are one hundred percent satisfied.

{ five }

have fun and stick around and chat! some artists may be willing to give out discounted or freebie graphics to people who they befriend and are frequent customers.

browse through thousands of fonts that are freely available for artists to download. if you see one you like, you may direct your artist to it. they may or may not be willing to download the font, but they will have an idea as to what you're looking for and may be able to browse their font collection and find something similar to use on your graphic.

this website allows you to browse through thousands of colors and color palettes, which you may direct your artist to if you want a certain color or color combination on your graphic.
