Luther rolled to the left, dodging the vial and coming upright in a crouched position. He jabbed the forward tip of his staff into the dirt angling it upward and took a deep breathe Preparing for his next attack.

Luther threw his head to the side trying to close his eyes to the sand, the sand made contact, temporary blinding him. He staggered to the left, jabbing his staff vertically into the ground. Taking a moment to regain his composure and took a defensive posture.

Luther took both stabs in stride, his own natural strength shrugging off some of the damage. He uses the close proximity to his advantage and unleashed a swift strike aimed towards his ribs.

Luther attempted to dodge but was caught in the radius of the bomb, the poison stinging his lungs as he breathed in. He rushed forward clearing the poison cloud, rolling forward. He spun upwards and drove the tip of the staff to the same area of Lex's ribs, forcing out one more bash trying to force the wind out of Lex's lungs.

Luther fell to his knees as both blades pierced into his back causing his back to erupt in pain. Not even turning to look back he drove the back tip of his staff towards lex's ribs using up nearly the last of his strength, attempting to crack a rib at the least.

As Lex's blade came down on Luther, he turned his staff vertical and leaped backwards into Lex, Luther's staff crushing into lex's already injured ribs. His left hand locked on his staff and his right clutching at the wound on his back.
