This roleplay has a plot that revolves around superhuman abilities. Whether the Aed survive or suffer is up to you. Understand that I tolerate no godmodding or dumbassity, and we'll get along just fine!

A huge meteor shower fell upon the earth one decade ago, covering the vast majority of America and creating what is known today as "The Aed." The Aed are people that were affected by the meteor storm, and were granted - or cursed with - superhuman abilities. Some Aed use their abilities for fun, others simply to survive, and others still who use their powers against other people - Aed or human.
The elements of the meteor are drawn to become one... all Aed are drawn together in the vicinity of New York City, NY, USA. Their gathering, although less obvious than written here, is noticed; some people are aware of their coming, and though they have different intentions, it does not bode well for our Aed.
The year is now 2034 and the day is June fourth. The weather has been predicted as mostly cloudy, and showers are expected later in the evening.

*Note that I only chose NYC because it seems to be a common location. "Everyone's been" or heard of.
*The shower hit America, but visitors to the states were also vulnerable. Locations close to the US may have also been hit, but it has been deducted that Alaska, Hawaii, and south Florida could not have been hit.

DM9/Koneko came up with the resistance thing for her character, so I'm going to use that. I think I want to play Ishiin so that he ends up betraying himself, acting involuntarily for the Agency.
We just need a character to redirect him. ]

Rough idea of Alex character...
Suggestions? Comments?
I am somewhat distracted by other things, so there are probably some flaws.

Name: Alexander "Alex" Von Kleiss
Age: 25
Abilities: N/A
Appearance: Alex is a petite, feminine man, with dark hair and steel grey eyes. At first glance, he appears to be a sweet man (or woman); however, sometimes people can see the evil glean in his plotting eyes.
Brief History: Alex has always wanted to rule the world, but honestly, who hasn't. However, Alex has come extermly close to his goal. When the news of supermutants came to light, Alex set to action to find a way to rise a powerful, loyal army and to harvest the abilities of the supermutants for himself. Using the vast forutne his family estate left him, Alex built an secret organization dubbed The Agency. The Agency, which is concentrated in New York, now has many employees who track, capture, and test on Aeds, mainly to fulfill Alex's goals of power.
Personality: Alex is a cunning, power hungry individual who often dresses as a woman, "Alexandra. Alex will do whatever it takes to achieve his goals, whether that is seduction, blackmail, or murder.
Other: Alex has come close to finding a way to mimic other mutants powers.
