Cert Qualifications:
•Must have ps of some type and know how to use layers ect. Or some high quality art program.
•Must acknowledge the importance of a cert in a shop
•Preferably a way to get a hold of you via: aim, msn, ect.
•Has to be able to make adjustments if we request it
•The shop wont fully open till a cert is chosen

Cert Requirements:
•A connection to arctic, sledding, snow, ect.
•Colors to match the shop
•Preferably the shop title in white with blue glow in Adams hand font
•Must have: Owner, Name, Gender, Adoption, Personality, and Rank
