Obviously, follow Gaia T.o.S.
We follow the daisy code. If you don't know what that is, then please find out here.
Don't steal art of any kind from the thread. We will find out and you will receive the correct punishment.
Converse politely. Feather puffing will not be tolerated.
Any kind of l33t, n00b or chat speak are unwelcome. You don't need perfect grammar, but please try to write comprehensively.
Don't try to befriend the owners and staff looking for partiality. That will win you a very bad image among us all, including clients.
Respect everyone and their opinions. You have your beliefs and have the right to express them, just as long as you don't impose them and don't offend other people.
Try not to talk about heated subjects such as religion and politics if you can. These subjects can be avoided easily and usually makes people uneasy. Sometimes even causing heated discussion.
Before asking any questions, look for your answer in the front page. If you did searched and found nothing, don't hesitate in asking Bhek or any staff members, both in-thread or through PMs. We won't bite.
In most matters, shop staff have just as much authority as the shop owners. What they say goes. If you, however, have an issue with staff or feel you've been treated unfairly, please PM Bhek or Sin to let us know. We don't want ill-will to breed in our shop. If staff was in the wrong, we'll take care of it.
No spamming. If you wish to affiliate, you may either post the request in-thread or PM it to one of the owners.
No drama. Take petty fights and passive aggressive behavior elsewhere, this place is supposed to be fun and we'll do whatever it takes to keep it that way.
Talk to us if anything is bothering you, always through PMs. We care about you as you're one of the people who keep our shop alive, so give us a chance to solve what we can before the problems grows. If you don't vocalize your issue, you can't blame us for not fixing it.

Q - What is the shop's theme?
A - Saint Seiya.
Q - What is Saint Seiya?
A - I dunno, but google knows.
Q - How do I get one?
A - You can get one by participating in games, flatsales, raffles, flaffles, RP contests, auctions, advertising, etc.
Q - Is this shop RP Intensive?
A - Yes, very much.
Q - Can I have one without RPing?
A - No.
Q - Is it easy to get a Saint?
A - Kind of, but you need to have a quest approved to get one.
Q - So I need one first?
A - No, you can make one after you've won and then have it approved. We try to approve winners as quickly as possible, so don't worry.
Q - I need to get my profile approved?
A - Like many other RP Intensive Shops you do, yes. There are many things to consider when approving a profile, especially the Saint's techniques, which can ruin the balance of the battles if poorly done.
Q - Is it hard to get one approved?
A - Not really, our managers will be doing their best to help you along the way, without leading you by the hand, so it won't be so hard to get it right.
Q - So it's kinda hard to have a Saint.
A - Deal with it. *sunglasses*
Q - Do you guys rehome Saints that aren't RPed for long?
A - Depends on the owner's reasons for leaving, how long s/he leaves and if it's an important meta Saint.
Q - I see that there's a battle and a war system?
A - Yes, And they are similar, but for very different things.
Q - Can I battle another Saint or battle against armies and have my own army?
A - Yes, pretty much.
Q - OMG! I think I just pissed my pants a little!
A - Okay... Awesome!
Q - Okay, do I have to use the Battle System?
A - You don't. You can RP battles without it, with a little addition to your minimum requirements when posting.
Q - Do I have to use the War System?
A - We are still deciding that, but probably no.
Q - What is that minimum requirement you speak of?
A - It's the least you can write so the post counts as acceptable RP. It's not much, so don't worry, we just want to keep a decent standard.
Q - Why those who use the Battle System have a smaller requirement?
A - Because it's fair. They took the trouble of learning and getting used to the system, and enjoy battling that way. While others who don't use it prefer to RP instead, without any numbers involved, so we only ask that they do more of what they like to do most, which is RP.
Q - There were a lot of guys in the original series, with only a few girl saints. Will that happen here too?
A - It all depends on you guys and what characters you'll create, but we can try and balance things through pre-made Saints if we feel like we need it.
Q - If I go from bronze to gold, will my armor become golden?
A - If you want to, yes, but it's up to you to decide how your armor will look like.
Q - Can I have one of the characters from the series?
A - No, they don't exist in our version, but you can use their Mythos.
Q - What does that mean, about the Mythos?
A - It means you can use their theme, such as the Pegasus, but they usually won't be available for questing, they'll be given through events. Especially the Zodiacs.
Q - So a Mythos is a theme? What about constellations?
A - Yes, the Mythos are themes, and we don't use constellations here, they are too limited (not exactly in number, there's 88 of them for Zeus' sake.) Here when you create a Saint you'll be able to chose a Mythos, which is a Greek myth, to base the armor and techniques from, even a little bit of the personality if you want.
Q - Only Greek myths are allowed?
A - Kind of. We don't allow roman myths at all, because there are too many similarities, but we'll allow myths from other cultures as the Gods from other cultures are released. For now it's only Greek, yes.
Q - You guys seem to call every knight a saint, is that right?
A - Yes, to make things simple we call every single warrior that wears a sacred Cloth a Saint, that goes for Athena's Saints, Hades' Specters, Poseidon's Serenos, etc.
Q - If I have more questions can I ask?
A - Sure! We are always listening. If you have more questions ask them in thread of send them to either one of the owners.

cross the world and throughout history, legend tells us about many heroes. Each culture shares a fascination for these heroes. They are depicted as true warriors, whose bodies carry unmeasurable power, enough to rend the sky with their bare hands and split the land with a single strike. These legends are in fact all real. The history of the wars between the gods have been passed on as myth, though these battles legends speak of all happened. And these warriors, whose bodies carry the power of the universe itself, are the ones called Saints.
Our story begins with a rising danger, as any good story. It's the year 2011 and humanity is feeling the heavy burden of earth being swallowed by multiple natural disasters for a long time now, and they only become worse and more frequent. Hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, eruptions, every corner of our planet is being stirred by chaos and destruction. Humanity is close to a breaking point and most people, religious or not, believe the end is near.
There are as many theories about the end of the world as there are stars in the skies, from Aztec calendars to Nostradamus' prophecies, the media is boiling with people predicting humanity's final judgment. The scientists are studying what they can, coming up with different explanations, but they are all forced to agree that it's all too unnatural. And that is, by far, the closest they ever came to reality.
The ones responsible for all that chaos are the very heroes of the past who once stood strong and proud. The Saints.
Even so, don't think badly of every Saint. They are strongly divided, there are those who seek to protect humanity, and those who wish to destroy it. And to those, if it comes to destroying the world as we know as well, for them it'll be a fair price to pay.
In this war of epic proportions, earth world is the perfect battlefield.
Still, that is but the surface... What stalks beyond the second veil is a threat even the gods could never conceive.

his is where your journey begins. Every great hero once started as a trainee and climbed their way, stone by stone, towards legendary status. And you're not just a trainee, you're the first chapter of the next great myth, so live up to your destiny. In this world trainees are the humans who were capable of taping into the great power that is cosmos through sheer willpower. They are the best samples of human capacity in every area one could conceive. Intelligence, strength, skill, in every area of expertise these amazing people can be found, breaking the limits of human potential
These special beings are closely watched by the armies of each god, they are very important for balance of power. Once one of them shows enough potential, they quickly come in contact with one of the armies by one of their saints, and they offer the training that will make them legends.
Once a trainee reaches a level of control of their cosmos, they are granted with the chance to win a Cloth and become a real saint. The Cloth is an armor and a living being, and it is the one who'll judge if the trainee is really its true bearer. Once that decision have been made, the trainee finally ascends to the status of a saint, reaching the second chapter of their legend.
So, after knowing all this, are you ready to face the challenge? Do you deem yourself worthy of the Cloth? If so, come, let your legend begin.

fter knowing about the trainees you’re eager to understand more about the Saints. And if you’re already a big fan of the series, there’s still useful information here, it’ll serve for you to better understand how Saints are interpreted here in Sanctum. To understand what a Saint is one must understand two things. What is Cosmos and what is a Cloth.
To begin with Cosmos. A Saint is, above all, someone who reached the human limit and broke it. They did so by achieving control over their Cosmos. And to better understand what Cosmos is picture this: Everything is made of small particles called atoms, humans aren’t any different. These atoms form systems very similar to our solar system, constellations, galaxies and so forth, making them small universes, small Cosmos. So inside each thing there’s a Cosmos, therefore immense energy.
A human may be able learn how to control that energy and by doing so he actually reaches the human limit and breaks it, transcending to a whole new level of existence. By manipulating that energy that comes from one’s own Cosmos one may perform amazing feats, from breaking a colossal boulder in half with the touch of a finger, to surpassing the speed of light. It all depends on how well you can control your Cosmos.
Now to understand the Cloths. A Cloth is the sacred armor gifted to a Saint by his patron God. These legendary armors have been passed down since the dawn of time, and they embody the life energy of mythological creatures and old heroes. They are living things, possessing conscience, free will and their own powerful Cosmos. A Saint may and should use that Cosmos when fighting, it’s a gift from the Cloth who accepts the Saint as it’s true master.
The Cosmos that emanates from a Cloth is special; it resonates with that of the Saint, enhancing the Saint’s Cosmos in the process. That resonance may reach perfect harmony if a Saint trains hard enough, being necessary to continuously break each limit, ascending from bronze, to silver and eventually gold. Some rare individuals may even reach the Godly state that is Kamui.
These two things are basically what define a Saint, the control over their Cosmos and the blessing of a Cloth. Other than that Saints may differ greatly between one another.
Ranks
As explained above, the Saints are effectively divided in four ranks. These ranks are the following:
- Bronze Saints
This is the first level of a Saint, here he not only learned how to control his Cosmos efficiently, but also won the blessing of a Cloth, becoming it’s lifelong master. Once a Cloth chooses it’s owner it is tied to his soul, every time the Saint resurrects the Cloth will be tied to him through fate, but it’ll only accept the Saint if he’s worthy in that new lifetime. Once a Saint gains his Cloth’s blessing, he slowly remembers his past lives, his great deeds, they are called his Legacy. As a Bronze Saint his memory of his Legacy is rather faded.
Note: Some Saints don’t have a legacy. That’s rare and may lead to different conclusions, such as the previous owner’s soul being destroyed, or the Cloth died and upon revival it decided its previous owner wasn’t worthy anymore. These details will be further explained in the guild’s Knowledge Compendium in the chapter titled Legacy.
Silver Saints
In the second stage of a Saint’s evolution, a new level of control over Cosmos is reached. Upon reaching such level the Saint’s Cosmos expands and burns more than the Bronze Cloth is capable of withstanding. That large amount of Cosmos triggers the Cloth’s transformation to fit the wearer’s new achieve power, it becomes a Silver Cloth. This Cloth grows, protecting a bigger parcel of the owner’s body. It also reaches a new pool of Cosmos that the master may use and harmonize with.
Some cloths break that limit when they suffer damage enough to die. They are then revived by blood, but it has to be the blood of someone more powerful then the owner. You can find more details about this in the Knowledge compendium under the Cloth chapter.
Upon reaching the Silver status, the Saint also gains a better understanding of his Legacy, remembering a good deal of his past lives. It also becomes clear how strong relationships break the boundaries of death and repeat themselves at each generation.
Gold Saints
This is believed by many to be the final stage of a Saint’s evolution. Few are those who reach this epitome, finally grasping an almost complete understanding of what Cosmos really is and what it’s capable of. In this stage a human is capable of transcending to a demigod existence, being able to control their Cosmos in ways that surpass most human’s imagination.
The Cloth suffers an ever greater transformation, almost fully protecting its master’s body. The two Cosmos, those of the Saint and the Cloth, reach a state of perfect harmony, becoming one. They understand each other and may transmit their wishes and feelings to each other through that mental and spiritual connection.
Upon reaching this stage a Saint has a full grasp of every incarnation he ever had, except for the Origin. With that they finally connect each piece and form a greater conscience, gathering every single experience they ever had, all the wisdom gathered from past lives, into one higher being. They finally understand and become one with the immortal conscience called Legacy.
Note: Under a God’s patronage, they are his most esteemed guardians, his loyal protectors. They are trusted to protect not only their God, but every Saint and mortal under that God’s patronage.
Kamui Saints
A Kamui is a rare being indeed and it isn’t easy to fully understand what happens when a human reaches that level, reserved only for the Gods. Kamui roughly means “divine”, and reaching such a stage means that you transcended to a divine existence. You expanded your Cosmos so much and ignited it so strong, that it reached and touched the primordial essence called Big Will. That is the life essence of existence and it came from the first moment of creation, the Big Bang. That Big Will is what gives life to everything around you, from the bright stars in the night sky to your faithful Cloth.
With that power on your hands you’re able to perform Miracles, which allows you to shape reality at will, as great figures of the past once did. For example, Shakyamuni, the first Buddha, was one of the few humans who reached that state by achieving Nirvana through a lifetime of meditation
The Kamui stage doesn’t only change the Saint, but the Cloth. Every God has a Kamui Cloth since time immemorial and they have to reach the Kamui stage every time they reincarnate in order to use it. A Saint that reaches that stage provokes a radical transformation on his Cloth, it’s forced to expand and transform into the semblance of a God, breaking limit of its material semblance, so it can bear the Saint’s newfound power. As the Miracle may be the ultimate attack, the Kamui Cloth is the ultimate protection. Both allow the Saint to expand his Cosmos infinitely, and, depending only on the strength of his own will, a Saint may surpass the will of a God.
Upon reaching the Kamui stage the Saint undergoes another important change, the final understanding of his own being. The Saint reaches the Origin of his Legacy, which is his first existence, his first incarnation. That existence was by itself divine, that’s the reason why it can only be reached by a Kamui, and it’s very important part of being one. Upon understanding who you first were when you gained life, you tie yourself with the Big Will who originated you and the rest of creation. That understanding of the Origin is what makes you capable of becoming once again a divine being, a Kamui.

Olympian Gods
The twelve gods of ancient Greek mythology, the Olympians may have lost their past glory, but some of its members still walk the earth strong as ever, while the others sleep until the time comes for a new golden age.
Athena
Athena is the goddess said to have originally created Saints, followed by the other Gods. She’s a peaceful, kind and righteous figure who vowed to protect earth and its mortal life, especially humanity. For such a mission she created her Saints, who fought against the other armies that seek to take over the world for their Gods and their apparently selfish reasons.
The Saints
They are the first ones, the first mortals granted with the Cloths, a gift from Athena so they could fight in the Holy War to protect earth and humanity from harm. The Saints are a pure hearted, disciplined and loyal to their adamant moral standards. They follow a strict Code that at the same time it limits their doings, it also gives them unique strength when facing their opponents.
Chain of Command
Master – The Pope
Bronze Stage – Bronze Saint
Silver Stage – Silver Saint
Gold Stage – Gold Saint, A.K.A. the Zodiac Saint.
The Sanctuary
Athena's Sanctuary revolves around the Twelve Zodiac temples. The temples climb towards the heavens, where a statue of Athena herself watches over all. At the base of the path is the training ground, and within this is where trainee saints will prove their worthiness for bearing a Cloth.
Diplomacy
This section describes what the Saints think about the other armies and how they relate.
Poseidon
The mighty god of the seas, he who rules over Atlantis and the inhabitants of the seas. Poseidon once fought Athena and the Saints with great rage and eager to conquer earth. Blinded by that rage Poseidon was defeated and since then he lies deep in the abyss where Atlantis rests, along with his saints, the Serenos, and his elite, the Marines.
Serenos
The Serenos are a unique group of Saints, ruled by Poseidon, who live in Atlantis and protect the entirety of seas. They are able to breathe underwater and swim as fast as or faster than any fish. They are very secluded and avoid contact with humanity as much as possible.
Chain of Command
Master -
Bronze Stage – Current Sereno
Silver Stage – Deep Sereno
Gold Stage – Marine
Atlantis
Poseidon's Sanctuary is Atlantis, the mythical city, which lies hidden at the base of the ocean. Its levels progress deeper into the Great Abyss, being heavily protected by the nature of its construction and location. The entrance to his Sanctuary is the tricky part. In Norse territory, it is said to be a vanishing island that only appears with the shifting tides. Unless you are already among his Saints, you must go to where the entrance will appear.
Diplomacy
This section describes what the Serenos think about the other armies and how they relate.
Hades
Eternal ruler of the Underworld and great lord of the Specters. Hades assumed the duty of judging, taking and torturing the souls of the sinful deceased. He calls it salvation. He and his Saints truly believe that they are doing the right thing, the job no one has the courage to do, and for that they are dubbed villains. One may argue if they are truly doing the right thing, but one way or another they are very loyal to their beliefs.
Specters
Specters are unique saints, they delve in the dark realm of tortured souls called Underworld, where they torture, or as they say, “redeem” the souls of sinful humans. These twisted saints are so entwined with death and the dark side of human nature that they hold strange moral values unique to any other saint. Say what you will about them, but they are loyal to Hades and his deviant beliefs.
Chain of Command
Master - Pandora
Bronze Stage – Earthly Specter
Silver Stage – Heavenly Specter
Gold Stage - Judge
Underworld
The Underworld is the resting place of the scourge of the world, where the sinful souls will be rightfully punished by their dark judges, the Specters of Hades. This place is very similar to a complex prison with several levels, going deeper and deeper until it reaches Hades’ sacred throne.
Diplomacy
This section describes what the Specters think about the other armies and how they relate.
Dormant Olympians
Most of the Olympian Gods are said to be dormant these days, only Athena, Poseidon and Hades are awake in their mortal vessels. These Dormant Olympians lie sealed in the body of a chosen human who descends from their ancient lineage. These people live unaware of their divine soul, until the day comes where they’ll awake to a completely new existence.
Zeus and the Protogenoi
No one knows much about Zeus whereabouts or his plans. Same goes for Protogenoi. The best oracles predict that Zeus is plotting something grand with the Protogenoi, but no one knows exactly what. Judging by their nature, it won't be good for mankind.
Zeus was once the grand ruler of earth and creation, but one faithful day he left the duty of protecting mankind to Athena, his first daughter. Since then he’s been missing, eras passed, but something new can be sensed, his unmistakable cosmos signature can be felt in the air, faint, but twisted in ways no one can truly understand.
And the Protogenoi, those who once felt their cosmos are long dead, but new saints may sense it as something older then time, something dangerous to life as a whole.
Outer Gods
In different eras earth was once ruled by different Gods, such as Norse, Egyptian, Aztec, Asian, etc. They are mostly weak in the present era, and have been for a while. They can't form armies like they used to, but they can summon saints as powerful as the old days, even if only in small numbers. They use these saints for different reasons, but it's quite common to see them trying to regain their former glory through the acts of their Saints, be those good or evil.

ombats are a big part of being a Saint. From the very beginning, a big part of their training means battling each other for the blessing of a Cloth, and they continue battling for the sake of their brothers and beloved God.For that very reason here at sanctum we have our own battle system, adapted to the saints in every way. But fear not, it's not a hard system and it's not mandatory, if you chose so you can battle without it. We understand that there are different kinds pf RPers out there and we want to welcome each one of them in our shop equally, providing the situations they are most comfortable with.
But as all things need balance, we tried to achieve it by giving different writing requirements for each type of player. Long story short, those who RP solely writing are required to write a little more, while those who use the system are required a little less. And it makes sense, if you don't want the system it's because you rather write the battle then rolls dices and use numbers. Though it's just the minimum requirements, you're free to write as much as you want, using the system or not.
Now, to speak a little about the system, it's based entirely on 20 sided dices (not d20 system, for those who know it), and uses a simple structure when battling, with turns and rounds. Once you get the hang of it it's very fun to use.
This system also gives origin to the War System, that we will explain next.

he war system is still under development. It's somewhat new to the B/C RP scenario (at least as far as we know), so we have no one to help us with their experience. Because of that we are working hard so it runs smoothly before the release. Though we can tell a little bit of what you can expect of it.With your Saint you'll be able to control your own army. Yes, your own army, you're the supreme commander of a large group of soldiers that would die for you in the battlefield. And that army grows as you become a stronger leader. From the bronze level to gold, or even kamui, your army grows exponentially, what was a group of efficient combatants may become a legion of fierce warmongers.
You'll wage war against other saints, usually against armies of another faction, for the possession of strategical territory, important when keeping the balance of power between Gods and their Saints. Your actions as a great leader may change history in this vast world, you'll have the fate of humanity in your hands.
Are you up to the challenge?

We will be running constant contests, scheduled games and random games in the IT. Here's where you can find information about them.
Please keep in mind that you can only win once, even if you give away your prize, therefore you cannot win two times if you give away one prize.
Advertising Contest
Big Prize: Three trainees for the top three advertisers. One for each.
In the Add Contest you put one of our banners in you signature and win points for days that you advertise (coming here and posting each day stating that you're doing so) and by people referred. The points go like this:
Day advertised - 1 point
People referred - 2 points
People referred applies to hiring - 4 points
People referred participates in a game/contest - 5 points
To say that you're advertising for the day, post this in the thread:
I'M ADVERTISING TODAY, GIMME MY DAMN POINTS
IMPORTANT: When referring people, ask them to post in BOLD, ALL CAPS, BLUE LETTERS, so we can spot them easily. Much like the daily advertising you do, only blue.
Note: For us to know that the people you referred applied to either the hiring or the contests/games, we'll keep a list of the advertisers and their referred people. If we fail to notice that someone you referred applied, please send Bhek Aersth Shavrak XIII or Sin Sterling a PM, with the subject "My referred applied, gimme points". Notice that we need time to update the point list, so don't abuse PMs, and notice that we will ignore any a PM not properly titled.

TOPIC
This is a special game. You win points by discussing things that were presented by the staff by a call where they start with "TOPIC" in big bold letters, then introduce a topic to be discussed. These points are called Topic Points, a.k.a. TP. Here is how it works:
- +1TP for simply participating.
+1TP for every 3 lines. In the same post or several.
Example; Mr. Prolix participated by posting two responses to the topic discussion. The first one had nine lines, the second had six. Therefore he receives a total of 1 + 3 + 2 = 6TP
It's that simple.
These TP are used mainly for two things. Competing for special prizes, such as trainees and saints, and buying RP Tickets. These RP Tickets are used to replace RP entries necessary to evolve your character. So if you have a Battle RP Ticket you can replace one of your required Battle RPs.
So you can TP for:
- Compete for sweet prizes
Buy RP Tickets
Show off to your illiterate friends
The staff will post new Topics for you guys to discuss every now and then, at least once a day. If you want to compete for a prize that costs TPs, then you should have the most TPs to win. If you win you lose your TPs, while the losers keep theirs. That way everyone has a chance to eventually win something if they keep competing.
You may also save your TPs if you want to compete in the next round, in case you're hoping for a better prize (skipping a trainee to get saint? Your brilliant b*****d!). Or you can simply save them to buy RP Tickets, but there's a limit to how many RPs you can replace that way.

2 TP - Amira Keller
2 TP - Ewagan
