My best friend,
is the sweetest, kindest and most honest person you could ever know. She wouldn't hurt a fly, even if she had the courage to go near them in the first place. She's always welcoming to everybody, even if she dislikes them, and tries to help anybody who comes to her.
But recently she's had some depression problems. Her mom has attempted suicide twice, her grandparents have died, her cat was shot, and she’s had problems with her boyfriend and family. Things have been so horrible for her, so much so that she's starting to break under the pressure. She has started to think people don't care about her anymore.
June sixth is her birthday.
I'm an alright artist and, as a surprise, I've designed two dolls, one male one female, and I'm going to illustrate a story between them for her as a special gift. I'll put them into a video and, on her birthday, upload it to YouTube for her.
But
To show her people still care, I'm trying to get other people to draw the female doll too so I can add the pictures into the end of the video for her. I'm asking friends, strangers, old acquaintances. Just so I can show her things are going to start picking up for her soon and that people really are still ready to try for her.
So
I’m offering tips & trades for anyone who draws this doll for my best friend’s birthday surprise. When I say tips, I mean if you give me amazing art I will tip you huge amounts of gold. If you give me art in any shape or form I will tip you anyway, unless you choose to trade. Don’t post and tell me you won’t draw the dolls because your art is rubbish, because I’ll refuse to believe it. Everybody can draw.
I am giving up my item quest for this, which means I have 140K to give away in tips.

If you would rather have an art swap, then by all means tell me and we will trade. You can find references to my art in the references list below for sure, though my style changes.
The doll design is quite simple, as I’m sure you’ll see in the references available, but you will always have artist freedom over poses, dress design, etc as long as you keep the basic colours the same.
This means yellowish-tinted skin, navy blue and black hair, pale blue eyes and a purple and black dress.
This is only open till June 5th. The day before her birthday
Any drawings after that date will not get into the video, I’m sorry D:
I will keep trying to find potential artists till the 5th in every spare bit of time I’ve got.

Once the video is submitted, I will post it up in here also. I will never claim to have drawn your art, will never use it for any other purpose, etc, etc. The art is always yours though I will have part ownership due to tips given out. Please keep this in mind, this threads purpose is solely to cheer up my best friend.
