Madeleine was born into a 'wealthy' family and has always gotten everything she has ever wanted. She is spoiled beyond anyone's imagination, it was her parents way of showing that they loved her even though they were never there to actually care for her. Growing up in a house on her own with her parents out all the time on 'business trips' she looked towards improving her knowledge. It was the only thing that preoccupied her as she had a lack of friends.
Devin, he butler, had always been there for her like an older brother more than a butler. Her parents had introduced him to her as a nanny type of person hoping the two would become friends.

Nat and Devin where the closest of brothers when Devin was born into the family when Nat was 3 years of age. The two both being abused by their parents were never at home and learn't the way of the streets. Together they were a formidable pair. They were soon accepted into a well known street group and rose to it's top ranks quickly.
The two had always stuck together even through their bad runs with the police but one incident separated the two.
It was a break in and theft job. They both elected to go with one another and this time it was a tough job. They both entered and as they were halfway done stealing a little girl appeared. As she shouted for help Nat grabbed her and threatened to kill her. Devin was shocked and guards ran towards them. Thinking of being the better brother Devin grabbed her from him and told him to run. Devin was caught after fighting against many guards. He was brought forth the parents of the little girl and offered him a proposition.. to protect Madeleine.
