[ F r e q u e n t l y - A s k e d - Q u e s t i o n s ]

When will I receive my profile?
Even though Fluffylovr and Jaruga are online very often to receive and work on orders, sometimes, we must place the internet on hold for reality. Rest assured that we work hard on each order so that you may receive it in a timely manner.

Why are your profiles so expensive?
We believe that we are charging a fair amount for the work we put into producing these profiles for you. Profile making isn't simply graphics, it is CSS coding as well, both of which is and can be very difficult and time consuming.

Can you add avatar art to the profile?
Yes, we most certainly can! You would simply have to provide the avatar art for us after you get approval from the artist for us to incorporate it into a profile background.

How large are the profile backgrounds?
Depends on what you ask for.

How can I change / add multimedia?
Go here and the rest should be self explanatory.

Why isn't the profile working?
Change your profile settings to "Classic" and enter the code we provided into the theme section on the same page.
