Salutations and welcome to the pet shop know as LOVELY.

I am Violet and with my better half Scarlet I run the store front. Our friends, Cinnamon and Vanilla, handle the actual pets of the shop. I would suggest asking them any pet related questions as Scarlet does not get along well with the living.

Hi there! My name is Cinnamon and this is the pets section.

Pets are special because they are all one of a kind! You pick the idol and items you want and when they grow the items shape who they are!

Pets grow acording to this schedule, well more or less:
Idol/baby - 5 days - > Child - 12 days - > Youth - 16 days - > Teen - 30 days - > Adult
Event pets grow a little differently

There are two types of pets sold: normal and custom. A normal pet only gets normal items and idols and has a limit on how much you can attch to it. A custom pet is pretty much anything you want! There are some limits to customs but they aren't used to often. Customs include cosplay pets.

Please try to pick items that match a little. Fuzzy fur and beach wear is just wierd. If you pet is ever missing something nicely post in thread about it and it should be corrected by the next stage.

Normal pets are sold in the following package deals.

500g gets you an idol and gender token
1K gets you an idol, gender token, 1 item from area 2, 3 items from area 3 and 4
2K gets you an idol, gender token, 1 item from area 2, 4 items from area 3 and 4
3K gets you an idol, gender token, 2 items from area 2, 7 items from area 3 and 4
4K gets you an idol, gender token, 2 items from area 2, 9 items from area 3 and 4
5K gets you an idol, gender token, 3 items from area 2, 9 items from area 3 and 4

Greetings, my name is Vanilla. If you'll turn your attention to the selection of idols we have you may get started on your pet.

Idols are just regular statues that we stick a cute little soul into to make your pet. That's why idols can sit around for a while without spontaniously coming alive. We only sell idols when we can meet the demand for them but if you'd like us to search for an idol you can always ask.

Here are some items you can add to your pet. These seem to change either the gender, breed or personality of the pet quite a bit.

Area 1:

Gender Tokens:
These tokens give your pet a specific gender, or no gender at all! If you don't care what gender your pet is there is no reason to buy one of these.

Tomes: Each contains the information necessary to learn a different magical art

Your pet will automatically be given a certificate(cert) if you are using a standard order form with no additional information being provided! If you are obtaining a pet in a different manner you will be asked to provide at a minimum a pet name and an owner name. Below is an example of the cert(s) we currently use which is a sig safe width and height but may not be under the other limits.

Hello everyone! This is Vanilla, and I’ll be continuing on the topic of breeding.

Here at LOVELY, we do allow custom pets and same sex pets to breed in and out of roleplay. Breeding costs 2K total. There are several requirements that you have to understand when it comes to breeding.

First of all, both participants must be at their adult stage. Second, though they don't HAVE to be, we would prefer you establish your pets as mates for breeding. There is a full month gestation period (meaning it will take a month for the babies to be born) so don't expect anything right away. You can keep however many of your offspring so decide between the parents before hand(you may co-own). When you place your form, do a 10-sided dice roll. 1-3 means 1 baby. Numbers 4-6 means 2 babies. Numbers 7-9 means three babies. If you roll a 10, it’s a miss and there are no babies at all(wait two weeks and reapply).

Gender is decided by a random process on my end and babies can be male, female or andro. All of the other characteristics will be determined by the features of the parents. You can buy up to 10 items to add to each baby, but only before the child stage(before it's first evolution). The items from the following areas can not be purchased for a baby: Area 1 and 2. Please send the trade to the mule(you mean Lovely). Well, that’s everything. Hope it’s not too confusing. Someone should take all of the sharp weapons from Scarlet before she decides to have baby animal stew.

To apply for a breeding post your roll and form. You can name the babies after they are born.

LOVELY has it's own guild with a number of subforums. You may keep pet journals there as well as more intense role-plays. There are also some places for games and other special things in the guild so you are encouraged to join! The normal shop rules still apply to the guild, but there is a place for spam chatting.
