Overall Thread Rules
------------------------------

- Follow the Gaia Terms of Service and thread rules at all times.
- Please respect owners, colorists, thread managers, and basically all the staff.
- Respect one another.
- We have the right to add on/amend our set of thread rules to where we see is just and fit.
- Use proper grammar! Text chat is not appreciated.
- Never cancel a trade. Doing so will result in a ban from whatever activity the trade was from. Only cancel a trade when told okay to do so.
- Trades must be sent with 24 hours. Trades must also be titled correctly.
- All trades are sent to the mule. The only trades that should be going to a colorist individually are bribed customs.
- Do not discourage others so you may get the pet of your choice.
- If there is a problem in the thread or with a pet you've received (or haven't received), feel free to send the mule a PM kindly stating your concern. If it is a custom that is taking a long time to get done, simply ask the colorist what's up first. If they continue to take a long time then you contact the mule.
- Everyone could do without the drama. <3 x3
- Do not bump, advertise, resell our pets, steal any aspect of this shop (art, story, certs, etc). It's uncool, uncreative, and just wrong. D:

Flat Sale Rules
----------------------

- First-come, first-served. Flatsales are speed based.
-Only purchase one pet per flat-sale, please! This allows for others that are new to the shop the chance to nab their first pet.
- If you are proxying for someone else, that means you cannot purchase a pet for yourself.
- Send your trade to the shop mule, llStella Cadentell as soon as possible so your purchase can be counted as valid.

Auction Rules
-------------------

- Don't bid what you don't have! Common sense. Otherwise, your bid won't count and the auction will have to go to the second highest bidder.
- Items are taken at lowest tektek value. Store items are priced at sell back value. Be wary of how item value changes!
- There will always be an anti-snipe guard of 10 minutes before the end. If no ending time is posted, the auction will go until 12 midnight and the winner will be announced the following day.

Raffle Rules
-----------------

- You can buy tickets for yourself and your friends.
- There is absolutely no limit to the amount of tickets you can buy~
- Once a raffle is won, please send your information to the shop mule, llStella Cadentell.
- Label trades accordingly when there's more than one raffle going on.

That's a lot of rules. o.o!

But most of them are what everyone usually follows~
And if there are any questions regarding events and stuff, you'll usually find the answer here.

Can I have more than one Streya?
Sure thing~! Have as many Streyas to your hearts content. ^^

Can I have one for free?!
Well, occasionally we'll be having some events or games where people are able to nab some freebies of their own.
Or, sometimes we'll reward someone with a freebie if we know they deserve it. <3

Are these role-play required?
Nope~! But it would be nice if you role-play, there might be some perks when breeding~
The Elder Streyas, however, are RP required, so make sure you're active if you're planning to own one.

May I order a Streya with weapons?
Sorry to say but absolutely not. We feel that since the Streya are a peaceful race they have no need for weapons. Cosplays who are warriors or something of the like may have their memories and skill of how to wield a weapon but think of it like someone who is trying to get away from their war torn past and begin anew. So basically no weapons. Sorry again!

Oh mai God! I totally want a Streya based off this drawing!
If you did not design or draw the OC then you cannot have it as a Streya. We will accept detailed descriptions of OCs -or- multiple references to base the Streya on. Please note that the chances of your OC looking -exactly- like something someone else made are very unlikely. So if you give us only one reference we will not accept it as it is art theft.

Ex: Upon ordering a Streya you tell the colorist to look at the reference for more details. This is the only picture given: Random Anime Girl. It is obivious someone else drew this as there's only one reference picture linked. Usually if its an OC you would have more than one picture drawn up, even if its sketches, of your OC.

However, let's say you really like the girls hair. You can link to that picture for a reference on the hairstyle. Link to another picture or two for references on the clothing then another for any additional stuff. Please keep in mind it will not come out exact as it is just a reference.

Thank you for writing our story~!

The sound of laughter echoed through the old log cabin as the sound of little feet pattered across it's old maple floors. Three little children plopped down merrily in front of the fireplace, the floorboards squeaking under the weight of the youngsters. Faint giggles and whispers could be heard as the sound of larger footsteps approached. An old woman, about the age of seventy, slowly approached an antique oak rocking chair quietly. Taking a seat in the rocker in front of the fireplace, she pulled an old dusty book from her shawl. The sounds of the children giggles and whispers faded quickly as six bright eyes stared intently at their dear old grandmother.

"Long ago," the old woman began. Her voice was sweet and gentle as she spoke, just like any grandmother's would be. "Before the universe first came to be, there was a beautiful Goddess that lived in the Heavens above. Nafretiti ruled beside her husband Anhur, who first created the skies and the planets. The thought of a dying star pained Nafretiti inside, so she asked her husband if she could give them eternal life. To her, stars were beautiful and she believed they should live on forever. Wanting to please his wife, Anhur agreed to let Nafretiti bless the stars with eternal life. Filled with delight, Nafretiti blessed the stars with souls called the Streya. It is said that they are the beings that live on after a star has finally burned out in the sky. They come falling down to Earth as a shooting star."

"Do they really grandma?" one of the children said curiously. There was bright glimmers of hope in each of their eyes as the children pondered the possibilities of the story to be true.

A grin spread across the old woman's face at her grandchild's question. "Yes sweetie, they do," she said as she closed the old dusty book and crept carefully over to the window. Immediately the children lept up and followed their grandmother to the window and peered out into the starry night sky. Off in the distance a shooting star could be seen falling to the Earth. The meteor landed about 100 yards from the old wooden cabin.

"Is that one of them grandma?" one of the other children asked.

"Yes sweetie, it is," she replied with a soft smile on her face. Excited, the children went running out the door and into the field. The children of course made it to the site first as their grandmother slowly made her way through the moonlit night. Each of the three youngsters stood with their mouths open in awe as they stared down into the hole the fallen star had created. Finally, just as the old woman arrived next to her grandchildren, the meteor began to rock gently. The children's eyes bugged at the site, almost not believing what was taking place in front of them. A small crack could be seen as it began running down the center of the rock. There was a faint crack sound before it split in two, revealing a small fury creature. Filled with delight the children could hardly contain their excitement.

"Is that a Streya grandma?" the third child asked, hoping the story was really true.

"Yes sweetie, it is," the old woman said smiling up at the starry sky. There was a quick glimmer in the sky, invisible to those who don't have quick vision. It was almost as if Nafretiti were saying, "Take good care of my precious gift."

Legend has it that the Streya are creatures of the stars. They are the chosen ones upon a star's death to carry out its life. As there are millions of people around the world, there are millions of stars in the universe. While a star begins to burn all of its fuel energy, it emits smaller stars that appear in our sky as shooting stars.

They are a simple and peaceful race who reveal themselves after a few weeks, beginning the growth process. Each streya grows at a different rate, but once reaching adulthood they have large feathery wings in which they take to the skies nightly, in search of others of their kind.

Do not fret though! Streya are forever loyal to those who have raised them. Even if you do get your Streya at its adulthood, within the first few weeks of ownership, if you prove to the Streya that you care for them, they will always return to your side.

They are known to be highly protective of those who have raised them, and will sacrifice themselves if the need arises so their owner is safe. They love to be with other streya as they are highly sociable (well, most, some are anti-social) so it is recommended to get more than one streya. User Image

Game Time!

Ends: Jan 1st at 11:59pm EST

Acy is offering up color customs at a low price for the New Year. But as expect there is a catch:

* Send 2k to "F a l l a c y" with the title New Years Game! You must send this for your rolls to be counted.
* Generate a random number between 1 and 20.
* Get the number 10.

* You can try as many times as you'd like. However the 2k is not a one time fee. After you win, if you'd like to try again, you must pay 2k again. If you enter and do not win by tomorrow night you will be entered in a raffle along with the other people who didn't win to see who gets a color custom.

Upon getting the number 10 you will win a color custom for yourself, no edits. You must PM F a l l a c y with a link to the page where you won and toss three colors and a theme you'd like her to follow.

Gasp?! What is this? Stella is finally going to open their breeding? Yay!

Requirements for Breeding:

All breedings, unless specified, are role-play required. That means we won't be accepting random flings between pets. And with those role play requirements, there's rules that must be followed:

- Both pets that will be bred must have at least 5 pages of RPing in the Stella guild. They don't have to be rping with their significant other, but it would be encouraged. You may also count any shop thread RPing as part of your pages, but all posts must be counted for and linked.

Pet Per Breeding:

- When there is a breeding with two owners, the breeding can either result in two to three babies in total. This total will be randomized.

- When there is breeding with a single owner that would like to breed two of their own pets, the breeding will result in either one or two babies in total. This total will be randomized.

Baby growth:

- The pets will take 2 weeks to grow into a complete adult.
HOWEVER! If the owner of the babies decide to be inactive, this growing may take much longer.

Prices:

Non-edited Breeding: 5k per child.
Edited Breeding: 8k per child.

To Order a Custom: Go to the Guild

Prices:

Colorist's Choice: 10k
You ask the colorist for a custom and they color at random. No edits required.

Color Custom: 20k
You tell the colorist the colors you would like done and where to put them. They will then color according to what you say. No edits required.

Minor Edits: 30k
You pick the colors and small edits you want. These edits are things such as jewerly, clothes, etc. Overly detailed clothes will be considered major edits.

Major Edits: 50k
You pick the colors and any edits you want. These edits can be a new tail, new ears, overly detailed clothes, etc.

Cosplays: 100k - 200k
As the name implies, a cosplay of your favorite character! Cosplays can be from T.V shows, Movies, Video Games, Mangas, Animes, etc.

* Growing customs will be bribe only. Contact your colorist for exact pricing along with your custom.

What's this?!

Some time after the Streya have made their appearance to Gaia, people have begun to find these small smiling meteorites around the crash sites. However, they are more than just hunks of rocks. They hold the power to alter the Streya, making them larger in size and more human like. However these rocks are very rare and only pop up once in awhile.

There are two ways you can get an Elder:

- Be an active owner and RPer.
There will be a minimum of 15 pages in an RP thread in the Stella guild for an existing Streya to be made into the Elder form.
- If you are an active role player and are active in the thread, you may have the chance to purchase your own Elder for free.

- Bribe us.
If you don't want to rp or would rather order one like a regular custom, the Elders would go only 300k or up. We offered the opportunity to buy then as slots, but it seems this will not be so anymore.

When you want to purchase an Elder, you must post them in the thread of the colorist of your choice!

One more rule!
- The Elders that are made after this change will be roleplayed required. This means that if we find the owners of an Elder, RPed or bough through a brive, to be inactive, the Elders will be rehomed to a more dedicated person or will no longer be available to be RPed/bred -- this means it will not be a B/C pet and will only be a "piece of art"

- We will send warning PMs if we feel that your pet may be up to rehoming or made unavailable for RPing/breeding. User Image
