The year is 2301, the Earth advanced into a bright and promising future. Technology had reached new heights which far exceeded scientific predictions from the previous century. Mankind had finally extended their reach into outer space and developed not only ships which could transverse the endless expanse, but colonies which were self-sustaining. Cybernetics, genetic engineering, and many other technological and scienitfic processes had evolved to the point where it was believed mankind could conquer death itself. Just when it seemed like the world's prosperity had reached it peak, the existence of life from outside the solar system was discovered. Or rather, humans made first contact with an intelligent alien race, The Aneki. Arriving in a ship the size of a colony, they landed on the abandoned American continent where the ship took root for its extended journey of enlightenment. In the first year, things seemed to be escalating to a new golden age where the Earth would eventually see an everlasting peace. Conflict broke out when a group of radicals who were against the integration of an alien species and the human race bombed one of the newly established nations which had been provided for Anekian occupation. Infuritated and both disappointed, the Aneki ruefully mourned the loss of their kin but did not take action or seek revenge for the fallen. It was around this time that greedy government officials of the Eurasian Sovereign Union (ESU), began to push the ideal of sharing their alien technological advancements. Taking notice of this, the Atlantic Federation (AF), and the Eastern Allied Powers (EAP), both raised the issue of sharing their technology with their countries as well. The meeting which was meant to quell the bad relations between the three superpowers and the Aneki's occupied territory escalated into a full scale war.

The three sides fought vigoriously over who would gain access to the Anekian technology but four months into the war, the Anekian Prime Minister announced that their technology would not be given to any nation who would war over it. They publically announced to the world that they would be leaving the planet soon to return home, but days before the scheduled launch could be made, the fourth superpower intervened with the threat of an all out nuclear attack should the Anekian race attempt to leave Earth's atmosphere. Out of all the powers, the one who held the most power was the fourth superpower whom had denounced all the nations where they formally originated. The Colonial Alliance was the name chosen for the rebellious space colonies. They took over all space ports, and orbital elevators leaving the planet so that no space forces could be launched to counterattack the colonies' rise to power. Thus, space was taken over by the colonies, and the three superpowers on Earth were left to fight each other until one rose above the rest or obtained Anekian technology. After another two months of war, the three factions turned their efforts towards taking the space technology which allowed the Anekians' colony ship to exit Earth's atmosphere safely. With the space ports taken over, no nation could launch without getting shot down at these points.

The year is 2303, the world is plunged into a war which threatens the fate of humanity. Space is ruled by the collective dictatorship of the colonies. The three factions have already began mobilizing their forces to attack the North American Continent. Meanwhile, the Anekian's have deployed forces of their own. Though the were on a mission for peace, they brought only military technology for the sake of protection. Unlike the large nations, the Anekian Colony Ship has a finite amount of soldiers and supplies, natural resources and the like. Their mobile weaponry though superior, is dwindling as more and more forces invade the North American continent. In response to the imminent threat of destruction, the Anekians have activated the Three Kings which were enlisted from the military for combat operations should the need arise, and it has. With these advanced frames, the Anekians were betting their future on the pilots, but even with the superior technology they would be at a disadvantage from the sheer numbers alone. Despite the situation, they knew the risks when they signed up for the exploration mission, now they have to see the mission through till the end.

E.S.U. - Europe, The United Kingdom, Scotland, Ireland, Russia, Siberia and all the Middle Eastern countries.
- Strongest of the three Earth-based factions, have developed the most effective generator systems to run powerful beam weaponry and energy based land weapons.
- The leader of the radical group which mercilessly kills Anekians is a high ranking official in the government, a defense contractor, and nuclear arms developer.

A.F. - South America, Canada, Mexico, Cuba and Africa.
- Smallest military force, Most naval and airbased ships, advanced ordinance based weaponry, and are the most variable.

E.A.P. - China, Japan, India, the Phillipine Islands, Alaska and Hawaii.
- Largest population, highest degree of current Earth based mech technology.

C.E.A. - The colonies are made up of the North Atlantic Trade Organization's billion dollar space colonies. Numbering fourty in all, they formerly allied themselves to the countries which provided .
- Largest force, most military power, controls all of space out past the moon and its resources. Has smallest force on Earth at the moment.

1. You know Gaian rules, if you break them I'll delete you and have everyone ignore your posts even if you get mad and try to get revenge. No Cybering. No G-modding. Etc...
2. Send your profile in with an RP Sample. Yes this is Literate, 1 to 2 good paragraphs. I won't accept anyone whom I feel won't benefit the rp, sorry just how it is.
3. You may and probably should reserve a position as a pilot or co-pilot before someone else does. But as rule two states, if I don't feel you to be beneficial to a key position your reservation will expire. Title you PM, "Sending a Dream into the Universe." You'll understand why that statement is important rp-wise later. Also, send me a pm letting me know you'll be making a profile so I don't leave thinking no one's coming. This can be your reservation if you want.
Three Kings

The Three Kings is only a nickname given to the three pilots of Anekia's top mobile frames (mechs, or call them gundams if you want). The pilots are all teenagers around 17 or 19 in human years, around 30 in Anekian. They were hand chosen by the prime minister before leaving planet Anekia. On Earth, they were given human names and placed amongst the general populous as spies, though they were never to gather information or report in, they were only to watch for signs of change in and meant to prepare for the inevitable should war ever break out. All three pilots are given code names which are shared by their machine's co-pilot. Each co-pilot serves as the machine's on site mechanic. Exceptional piloting aside, they have been trained in the same areas as the three pilots and are required to ride in the mech with the pilot during each battle for 100% efficiency. Their job during battle consists of monitoring the operating system, and keeping the damage report updated. If a certain environment should come, it would be their job to adapt the machines They aren't required to pilot but can operate the assisted mobility program under conditions such as a pilot dying or losing consciousness. The final rerason for being onsite is because the life of a soldier is very lonely, and in battle one can grow cold and distant from reality when stuck in such a powerful machine with an entire world against them. So they serve as the pilots emotional support, backup on missions, and many other tasks such as keeping up disguises when behind enemy lines.

[Quick Notes] Differences between Humans and Anekians: The Anekian race is uncharacteristically beautiful, they have been describe as perfect, but their charm comes from their extreme kindness and good mannerisms. They are not afraid to show their feelings, no Anekian is anything like the battle hardened warriors who serve the human forces, they care about all living things, and enjoy adorable things like babies, young pets, and children. All Anekians have crimson colored iris, females has a lighter shade but its still impossible to mistake an Anekian for a human so they created contacts to change their eye colors while on Earth amongst the general population. Anekians do not have super powers, nor are they super smart from birth. The planet Anekians come from has gravity three times that of Earth, so when coming to the lighter gravity, their natural physical strengths increased. Intelligence wise, they are a highly advanced race, their technology and intelligence race-wise is more developed as well, so its natural for them to be smarter even at a younger age but they are not super geniuses, and they go to schools to learn everything they know and practice their skills to become more proficient granted they do learn fast. The King's pilots are the top pilots in their field so that is the reason for them being chosen to pilot the Kings, so it is hard to beat them. Point is, they aren't invincible, I'll make sure to correct anyone who makes it seem that way. Besides, numbers do count for something, so if you wanna beat Anekian forces then use them in a strategic manner.

*Alignment: Which country do you serve? [Anekians serve Anekia, they are not the type to betray their own kin]
Personality Don't make any Anekian all moody and depressed this early on unless you have a really good reason for it. We'll have plenty of things to develop our emoness around as the rp progresses. Humans should have developed according to their Biography.

::Shadow Fox::
Anekia's Heart

Description: The Shadow Fox is an incredible machine built specifically for Long Range and Close Range combat in and on Space, Air, and Land. Water combat tends to be its weakest field due to 80% of its weaponry being beam operated. Still even with its one major weakness, the Shadow Fox is by far a miracle of design. It rules ground, air, and space combat, excels in medium range and close range to an extent. Like the other Kings, it runs on a solar generator which is similar to a nuclear powered generator without the harmful side-effects. Generators can get low on power but never run out, they normally get low after a high draining weapon is used, after a few seconds they will return to normal. Like the Silent Knight, the Shadow Fox has the capacity to install more weapons systems in its frame, as well as load any non-integrated weapon it may consider useful for a particular battle.
::Silent Knight::
Anekia's Shield

Description: The Silent Knight of Anekia is believed to be near invincible. It has armor much thicker then the other two Kings, and can produce an energy shield capable of withstanding a full shot from the Shadow Fox's beam cannon. Despite the lack of integrated weaponry, the Silent Knight can move as freely as the Shadow Fox and has a few unique capabilities that make it a ferocious opponent. Water combat is the Silent Knight's strongest field of expertise, it can perform much better underwater then the Shadow Fox considering only half of its weapon consists of beam technology, and its actually able to swim underwater without the use of its boosters. Its movements underwater are as fluid as an aquatic mammal in this environment and with the use of its tail, and Mihawk system, it dominates underwater combat. The energy shield can also be deployed underwater, since the shield generates starting on the armor's surface, when the shield extends outward, the water is also pushed outwards and draws in air from the water molecules surrounding the shield. The Silent Knight can stay submerged indefinitely due to this ability, and because it runs on a solar generator, its energy never depletes. Thus, the Knight frame can dive into the deepest parts of the world's oceans without a second thought to pressure and other hazards which human technology faces. It's more then possible to establish a campsite at the bottom of the ocean with a fire and tents included as long as the shield is up. Important note for pilot, Silent Knight's weaponry development has not finished, future weapons will be developed down the line at the pilot's request. Any weaponry the pilot wishes to be loaded onto Knight's Frame is available for use.
::Black Heaven::
Anekia's Sword

Description: Out of the three Kings, the Black Heaven is the one that most lives up to its title, Anekia's Sword. There are more attack systems built into the Heaven model then the Silent and Fox unit combined. Though technically there are only three actual systems in the Fox, and six in the Knight, they just have multiple functions. The offensive parameters of the operating system cover not only close combat, but medium range, and large battlefield scale operations. Black Heaven was designed to gain superiority in situations where the enemy held the advantage in numbers. Heaven is the pinnacle of Anekia's fighting capabilities able to best any machine in close combat. There are also five solar generators installed in the Heaven model, though only one is a major generator such as the ones which power the other Kings. The four remaining generators are used to power the various weapon systems, and divide the energy needed for the high amount of energy expended. Heaven's designed to fight in any environment without fail, it excels in air combat and space combat. There is a weapon installed in the Heaven which requires the Prime Minister's consent to use unless the machine is in absolute danger of being destroyed. This technology is just one example of the trials the Anekian race has gone through in the past, what lead to their pacifist ideals, and what they wished to avoid by keeping the technology to themselves. One of the most important details that should be noted for the pilot is that Black Heaven can no longer add any weaponry to the frame, weapons can be upgraded, a stronger missile, or dual rifle, or armor plating, but nothing else can be added to the frame. Non-integrated weapons decrease combat efficiency due to throwing off the machine's balanced weight, but anything that the machine can pick up and use is available.

Setting

The Anekian Colony known as, Home II, is located in the center of the United States, basically somewhere around Kansas. The Space Colony's forces landed in Canada and their forces move in from the northern section of the former U.S.A. The E.S.U. made their way to Anekia's Colony from the Eastern Coast. The A.F. came up from Mexico and South America. And the E.A.P came from the West Coast. Even a non-warlike race knows that being surrounded on all sides isn't a good idea so plans for relocation down on the South American continent are being put into action. The colony will begin its journey in an hour and the visual images of the colony's mobilization has provoked the four surrounding nations to begin their next assault. The Three Kings will have an hour to both clear a path through to the south while simultaneously defending against a four sided assault.

With a s**t grin, Clemence knew he was about to 'embark on a journey' as his mother would say. Staring out the dock window, he knew there would be no chance of him ever touching the ground again. His memory was a double edged blade. He longed for the ground, and knew he would never make it, but still would try his hardest to make it. He was assigned as a copilot, a bullshit position in his opinion, on the Shadow Fox. It's just a machine, why give it such a tremendous name, was his take on things. Everything was just a machine. Kill the man pulling the wires, and the machine stops. He approached his 'commander', whatever they called him, his grin turning into a smile. His sadist was now caged inside, in the web of his mind. "Hello, sir... I was wondering what's so important about the 'shadow fox' anyway." After a brief conversation, he was yet again walking. With such high technology, he was wondering why they had to walk so much. It's not like any of them would ever get in close combat with someone. Although he had been given a knife on his way into the dock.. For what purpose? He had no clue. Clemence wasn't the type to think things through before he reacted. His brain already knew what to do before he himself did. His body was it's own device. He had almost no control of it in some situations. And then he realized that someone had been tapping him on the shoulder, telling him to insert his keycard into a little slot. "Keycard? This knife s**t?" He placed the 'knife' inside the slot, and the door opened to his new home.

The second seat of the Black Heaven's cockpit could definitely be described as Heaven if anything. Sitting in the seat with his hand on the console, he followed the instructions of the hangar's technicians. Opening. Then Closing. Opening. Then Closing. The accurate speed of the pincer claws was being revamped one final time. Not that it bothered him, but why they needed the pilot to do maintenance escaped his mental thought processes. It wasn't like he hadn't piloted the machine plenty of times within the colony during the journey to Earth. He was an able-bodied Anekian male, apart of the military, and the willing pilot of the Black Heaven. However, his willingness ceased with the use of the Heaven's secret weapon, unfortunately, whether he agreed to or not, the Captain Commander had the remote control system which could activate it from base. The news had disturbed his normally good mood earlier that day, by now he was finally calming his disturbed thoughts. "Alright, Lieutenant, it's done. You mechanic will handle the rest. Thanks for your assistance." One of the workers called into the cockpit bringing reality into his daydream. Standing up, he stretched letting out a soft moan before making his way out of the cockpit. Glancing to the worker, he smiled and scratched his head lightly in the embarassed manner that normally befit him. "You don't have to call me Lieutenant you know, that's just the rank that comes with the machine." Without waiting for a response, he held onto the drop line, and stepped over the edge slowly reeling to the ground. Stepping off as his foot touched the metal hangar floor, he started away from the machine staring at the news on his terminal. Hmmm, where might that girl be exactly? I haven't seen her for a while now. He thought to himself looking up from the update onscreen. It was apparent that the final peacetalks attempted had broken down, the radical group Revival had struck again, this time bombing the embassy in which the Prime Minister was visiting. He was safe thankfully, but had he died then things for Earth could not have gotten any worse. There would be an invasion, and with whatever technological advances they had come up with since Home II's journey began, Earth wouldn't last a month after they crashed the colonies into the planet. Strategically that would have been the first move, and an effective one at that. Instant-surrender.

[:] Maria Strykejern [:]
- Opening Moves -

On the far reaches of the eastern front, the massive command unit 'Dominion' sits silently, several smaller mecha flanking it on both sides. In the distance to the west, one can almost make out a structure with the naked eye; the Anekian colony just above the horizon. The sudden sound of a metal joint can be heard, as a support mech of the E.S.U. adjusts it's facing for a more complete view of what will soon be a graveyard for both man and machine. The E.S.U. field commander, Maria Strykejern, can be seen standing atop the Dominion, watching through a pair of rangefinders as the last of her forces settle into place a good distance to the northwest of her position.

"Valkyrie, reporting in."
"Einherjar, reporting in."
"Jormungandr, reporting in."
"Volundr, reporting in."

As the last of her forces check off as ready, Maria lowers the rangefinders, holding her free hand up to the comm unit on her right ear. "Confirmed. This is Skaadi; all units, prepare to move on my mark. Forward units, remain at full alert; all others continue in silent running. We want them to see Jormungandr brigade first and only. Einherjar, Valkyrie, you both know your positions. Volundr, as soon as opening moves give way, well, we've been over this." Various confirmations come over the comm line as Maria's orders are carried out; all of these brigades have served under her before, and they full well know her capabilities. Stepping away from the edge of the massive mecha, Maria slides down the open hatch behind the main cockpit, the command chair receiving her and turning as she get's into position, rising up to the full control spectrum. "We're not the only one's out here, so let's see what the other nations have brought to the table before we make our move; technically, they're on our side here. However, should they take this chance to open fire, give them no remorse." When the comm line terminates, the Dominion continues in a silent running mode, only the bare minimum systems in operation to keep it off of the majority of standard radar scanning systems. Turning to the tactical map, with the object in the distance at it's center, Maria watches as dawn breaks, and the battle begins to unfold...

Already suited for battle, Calix stood at the bridge leading directly to the Silent Knight. Her eyes flitted across the screen which displaying an over all diagram of the Silent Knight searching every inch of the frame for damage, correct placement and anything that could prove vital to their mission. Her gloved hands prodded the screen. Certain parts zoomed closer, her eyes flew over the internal system before she closed the screen and moved on. The co-pilot delved so deep into the Silent Knight's structure, the noise of preparation in the dock was blocked out. In her mind, it was only the Silent Knight, the screen and her inspection.

The co-pilot's suit adorned the same colors as the Silent Knight, a little bud was stuck in her right ear and a mouth piece was connected to that. She had a helmet much like her king frame's shield which surrounded her entire head when activated by pressing a button on the bud in her ear. She would press that button once her pilot was here -where ever they were. They still had a couple of minutes till they deported. Calix pinched the corner of the screen and it disappeared. The co-pilot inhaled deeply then exhaled finally allowing herself to breathe and blink - even ordinary functions seemed to stop when she worked.

Returning to his room, the pilot got suited up for the oncoming battle. Why did it have to come to this? The question repeated in his mind. The more his body disappeared underneath the uniform the more the question pressed on in his mind. Finally suiting up till his head and hair were the only things visible, he took a look in the mirror. It had been a year since he was forced to wear the uniform, last time was for training. There was a regular monthly report during the first year, he'd come in, report anything he had observe and make his official report. He would climb into the Heaven model, run simple little tests, then climb back out and take a shuttle home to wherever his destination was set. In six months' time he had been to half the world's wonders, the places most people wish they dream they could see. In that time, he had studied the history of many cultures. Taken an interest in the different fashions and fields of study. During his random traveling however, he posed as one of Earth's natives. As the other pilots and mechanics had been issued, he received a pair of colored contact lenses. These particular items saved him from being gunned down unlike one of his fellow Anekian travelers who happened to be in Russia at the wrong time, in the wrong place.

Placing the comm to his ear, he sync'd the system up with his terminal. Setting the item on the desk, he exited the room. He wasn't far from the hangar, his room was however positioned far enough to escape the sounds of maintenance. The sound hit him full blast as the automatic doors slid open. He approached the drop line which still hung down at the mech's feet waiting for the pilot to board again. Taking the handle and stepping on the peddle, the line retracted bringing him back up to the cockpit. The technicians had ceased their work on the machine and left the cockpit open for the Black Heaven team to board. Seemed like he had made it there first, though considering they hadn't been given a go for launch his co-pilot wasn't exactly late. Stepping off the line onto the cockpit hatch, he hesitated to climb inside. Instead, he turned to looking along the hangar at the Silent King, and the Shadow Fox. Anekia's Shield. Anekia's Heart.
Even though they were flying, they were silent. Even though it came ever closer, they were silent. Even though they could all easily die in the face of a powerful adversary, they were still silent. Someone had to break the silence, someone had to raise the spirits and she wasn’t the one to do it. Alil Dowell stepped up from her seat in a sudden, action paced manner. It brought the eyes of everyone one in the waiting room towards her instantly, she froze in fear not knowing what to say, though she had planned a pep talk in her head she couldn’t fathom it out of her mind now so she blurted out the first thing she could think of, “Uh…bathroom break, I’ll be right back okay.” She scolded herself in her own mind, You stupid fool! What the hell was that?! With a mental trashing to herself she walked though the thin corridor of the heavy transport plane to the water closet nearer the front of the plane. Once in side the ladies ‘Sanctuary’ she placed her face in her hands and gave out a muffled groan, “Oh Christ in heaven, the wait killing us all, why can’t we-” Her self pity was cut short by a pilot announcement, “Troops, this is the pilot speaking, we have a go on Operation Bunker, all hand report to stations, we drop in thirty minutes , I repeat we drop in thirty minutes.” She paused at the news, it was a god send to her and the team, no more mental torture of the wait, combat was usually over quick and cleanly despite the unfortunate business that came with, but that was part of the job.

Making her way back to the waiting area she found it was filled with no silence but hushed whispering, it seemed no one wanted to believe the time was now at hand, She took the initiative, “Okay everyone! We all heard it, lets suit up and get ready it is now or never, the time has come, lets earn those pay checks!” She was responded with a nervous ‘Ura-Ura-Uraaa!’ chant which eventually changed to quite the little chant. Everyone was fired up and ready. like hungry tigers they would stalk the prey and gain juicy sustenance at end. She suited up in her grey and black pilot suit and clambered into her cockpit seat of her Mech, the Dokkum GR5, a mass production Mech for front-line parachute combat, equipped with a disposable parachute, and landing softeners it was the ideal mech for quick strategic drops in to enemy territory. Its mean gun was a FRISCO 77, a rapid fire sabot round machine gun, which in practice made it a rapid fire tank cannon crude but effective. Now in her mech she turned on the combat radio and announced her presence, “This is Alil, now online, call sign Bodysuit 5. Lets all give them a trashing and go home.” now it was time to wait only this time they were ready and willing.
