In Regard to Events:

All are welcome; staff, regulars, newbies, and otherwise!
We encourage people to invite others to join in the event!

With guides, you don't need to own a totem to win one.

During events, you may win ONE free totem/guide, ONE flaffle totem/guide.
Any additional freebies you get must be gifted... we encourage sharing the love~
I will not be limiting raffles/auctions. If you have the funds, you may enter/bid.
One pet per raffle, but you may buy as many tickets as you like.

Staff:
non-colorists follow the same restrictions as listed above.
colorists, if a special pet is available, it will be specified if you can try to win it for yourself

Please read the front page, especially the Rules and FAQ. All thread rules and the Gaia ToS apply.
Do not edit posts related to sales. Please, just don't. We don't want to keep lists.

That said, if you feel there is a mistake, please post about it!
Just be polite. If you are uncomfortable posting, PM someone on staff.
We'll try and clear everything up for you or fix our mistake, we are only human.

۞ The Rules of the Game ۞

o1. Please use the form provided!
(if no pref list is given, we'll still include you, but you're automatically put on bottom of picking list if you win)
o2. Time to enter flaffle will be 12 hours.
If there are more pets than entrants, any leftover pets will be placed in the next sale.
o3. The random number generator will be used to pick winners.
First winner gets first choice, second gets second choice and so on.
o4. Only one pet per winner.
If the same person comes up twice, the number will be redrawn.
HOWEVER you may enter yourself AND ALSO proxy for a friend in the same sale.
o5. Winners, please post info in the certing thread and remember to send the trades to Totembells
24 hours after sale ends, winners who haven't posted their preference list yet will forfeit their win and the pet will be put into a future sale/resold in the thread.

Again, all trades go to Totembells
please title them using the name of the flaffle and the pet you won

o1. Please be polite in the thread.
Don't discourage other bidders.
o2. Co-bidding, co-owning allowed.
Max 2 people.
o3. Bid only what you have.
No payment plans, retracting bids, or editing posts.
o4. Post the bids in-thread only.
Do not attempt to bribe/bid through PM.
o5. Ways of Payment~
- Pure gold preferred.
- Monthly Collectibles accepted at 90% of lowest marketplace price.
- First Gen EIs worth over 65k are accepted at 90% of the lowest marketplace price
Please provide a direct link to the item in your bid; either MP or tektek is acceptable
o6. Bids are accepted until it has been posted that the auction is closed.
A snipe guard will be put into place if a bid war appears to be occurring.
o7. Winners post info in the certing thread and remember to send trades to Totembells.
Unless a different recipient is specified when the winner is announced.

SPECIAL NOTE:
Staff is allowed to bid, but only if you promise to co-bid with a friend/non-staff.
You cannot keep pets just for yourself you greedy-kins.

o1. Simply send a trade to Totembells titled "Totem Raffle; ___ tickets"
You are welcome to post you are buying tickets in the thread, however tickets are still counted in order of trades received.
o2. You cannot choose which tickets.
They will be listed in the order the trades are received.
o3. Tickets will only be counted after trade is completed.
We won't blacklist you for not sending a trade, but obviously you won't receive the tickets.
o4. You can buy as many tickets as you want and they don't have to be bought all at once.
Free raffles, only one ticket per person. No mules please.
o5. You are more than welcome to buy tickets for friends.
We encourage sharing here ^.^
o6. Winners are chosen with the random number generator.

Winners have 24 hours, from the time their notification PM is sent, to respond with their preference list.

۞ Create-A-Totem Contest! ۞

Alright, as stated in the raffle post; the goal this month is to show how approachable customs are~
We're going to link you to the fake totem we use for hiring HERE
You are going to be able to color/scribble on/paste pictures on to show us EXACTLY what you want on a totem
Winners get a FREE version of their pet!

Winners are chosen through colorist choice.
Colorists will pick 1-3 winners depending on their workload.
Kiareii will be allowing edits. Aesceus (will/not?) be allowing edits.
(( And honestly, I don't know which other colorists are participating xD ))
Please host your entry somewhere like Photobucket until winners are announced.
