Height: 5ft 9in.
Hair : Long black hair down to her thighs, hair parted in the center, on the back of the head, the hair is bonded separately by 5 Silver ringlets on each side. [but it looks like it's across the back of the head / 10 total in a Horizontal row ] and her hair seems to defy gravity, to float slightly.
Eyes : Swirling Crimson and black. Black Cat iris set in fairly narrow/cautious eyes, with thick, black lashes that give her the intense glare.
She lost her sight in her right eye when she tries to protect Chiyone from a hired-slave hunter, when they were both escaping from their evil abusive master.

Hair : Long black hair down to her thigh, flowing like water.
Eyes : Swirling red and black. Black Cat iris set in soft but narrow eyes, with thick lashes that give her the innocent look .

Other Descriptive Notes : The twins are Singels. They're are slim, but not anorexic. I want to see slimming body pictures of them, but remember Wrath, she's definitely not delicate. If you're drawing her in any manner that displays an innocent look, that's a no-no. it's Chiyone's looks to be innocent. But please bear in mind that Wrath had a rather rougher life, and her body should look cautious, but graceful. And Chiyone...Think of Chi from Chobits. =3
the twins does not have wings, but if you want to draw wings, the feathers are black with red tints, for Wrath, and pure white for Chiyone.
And the tip of the wing feather can touch the floor when they're standing straight. yeah huge wings.
Personality, expressions and behavior: Wrath is more anti-social, and doesn't play well with others when in a bad mood, Wrath's cold attitude combined with a sarcastic and general disdain for everyone around her feel like she's being watched, and any acts of hostility to her twin or herself. Chiyone is more of cute, shy, but well-mannered. and she's always seen holding Wrath's hand, Her touch seems to calm down Wrath when she's angry. Wrath's body language is anti-social, sometimes hostile. But Chiyone's is more relaxed, happy, and humming to herself when she is by herself. Expressions are largely limited to varying degrees of vexation on Wrath, but completely drops that expression, when Chiyone is near by. Her smile is quite intimidating [if the mask is off], and is really more of a smirk, but sincere smiles on Chiyone's behalf. Chiyone's smile can make anyone's day, and she give off the aura of kindness, which tends to drawn a lot of people to her. If drawing the twins together, think of Chobits, the closeness of twins, it might look "twincest" But heck it looks cute, when twins cuddle or hold hands, kiss on the cheek, I don't mind yuri, go for it.

Brief History : Both twins was born near a forest near the high mountain. Their village/town is curved into huge trees, [think of fairy homes in trees, but large enough to fit humans] and all trees are very tall, so there are stories of homes, and they use special glowing stones for light, and they make candles too. Their race ages very slowly, and so many are over a thousand year old easily.
[ This history goes same for Chiyone.]
Her cold attitude, cautious, violent behavior resulted in the twins being kidnapped from their home at during their teens, and was sold into the slave-market. With Chiyone being the innocent/shy twin, it got her lots of unwanted attentions, and plenty of times perverted men would try to grab her, and Wrath being the oldest/protective of her twin, she would come to rescue, and usually end up breaking some bones of the customers, and was punished painfully by the slave-shop owner. One day a wealthy man came in and bough the twins at first glance, and took them to his home, turning them into sex slaves. One night Wrath heard one of the guards conversations about that the master is going to poison her and behead her because she's being more difficult than Chiyone, and Chiyone will be more fun to break, her mind went into a rage, and she went up to the master's room, and brutality killed him with her bare hands.
The twins escaped into the night into the forest, and luckily they got away after months of running and hiding. After they escaped into a anti-slave town, they decided to performed, and after few short years, they got wealthy off their performance, and lived together in a nice house with a large garden.
Clothes and accessories : You can draw both of their outfits in the reference picture, or if you prefer to design your own outfit follow these guidelines: They love to show skin, but not slutty, but in ways of clothes held together by straps and ribbons. and Wrath wears a metal collar and short chain that was bonded with magic by her previous master, and can't take it off.
And Wrath likes to wear darker shade of reds and her body seems to give off an anti-gravity aura that everything she wear, floats around her slightly. And for Chiyone she wears more revealing clothes than Wrath, even though her mind is innocent, but she loves her body and are not ashamed of showing it.
ETC:
For scenes if you want to draw that, draw them standing next to each other back to back or side to side, holding hands, hugging, cuddling on a large lounge chair, Chiyone laying on the lounge chair, and Wrath Playing with her hair or napping out in the garden, with butterflies around. any of those is fine. For yuri/twincest: go crazy, but i like it to be more...romantic/fluff.
Like i said think of Chobits, of Chi and Freya together, sitting, cuddling, hugging, think of something.
