Welcome aboard the Ghost Train Red Line H242-b. If you're here, guess what? You're dead. Now, don't start crying or demanding to go back to your house or kids or whatnot; You can't. So, make yourself comfortable! This here train has everything you could need. We've got a fine dining car with the best chef around, sleeper cars, game cars and passenger cars. Get to know your fellow passengers-- I'm sure there's someone interesting around here. If not, come find me or the Ticketmaster, Robbie. We're both friendly and we'll tell you anything you need to know. Since you're here, I'd better straighten a few things out: This train isn't a final location-- it's a way to get somewhere. We're taking you to where ever you need to go next. Don't ask me where that is, though-- I just drive the train! Also, don't lose your ticket-- you won't like what happens if you do! Sound good? Alright. Now, take your seat and enjoy the ride.

✖Where can I get a ticket?
»» If you're dead, just look in your pocket. It should be there.

✖There are places and numbers on my ticket. What do they mean?
»» The location on the top is where you get on. That's where we picked you up. The number under that is the time and date you boarded. The four weird numbers and letters below that are you next stop. They're the ones in blue. Underneath that, are the time and date that you get off the train.

✖Where am I going?
»» How should I know? I just drive the train! You'll figure it out soon enough, so quit asking me that!

✖How long will I ride the train?
»» That really depends on where you're headed. Sometimes it's just a few hours, sometimes a few days. No one ever stays on board more than five days, though. It's like a rule set by the railroad managers.

✖Then how come you can stay on board?
»» I'm not like the rest of you. Neither is Robbie or the Cook. We were never human, so we never really died. So we're here. Get it? ...probably not.

✖I was decapitated before I died. Why is my head reattached?
»» That's kind of tricky. All wounds inflicted that eventually lead to death will be gone once death is achieved. On the other hand, if you had leukemia and were wheel-chair bound six months before you died, you won't have leukemia, but you may still be stuck in your chair. I'm not too clear about the details, either. This one's actually pretty much above me. Ask someone smarter and maybe you'll get a better answer. I do know for sure that you're the age you died when you get on the train.

✖Hey! I'm Russian. I only speak Russian. How can I understand what this Polish lady is saying?
»» After you die, little things like language become less important. You can now understand and speak any language, so start talking to someone besides me.

✖If I'm dead, do I still need to eat or sleep?
»» Well, no, you don't have to, but a lot of our guests still like the option.

✖What happens if I miss my stop?
»» You cease to exist. Seriously. You just sort of fade away. But don't worry, I'll come and remind you before your stop, so forgetting about it shouldn't be a problem. If I have to, I'll throw you off myself. I hate it when passengers disappear-- it makes all of the other guests nervous and the paperwork's a nightmare.

✖What happens if I just don't get on the train?
»» Same thing that happens if you miss your stop.

✖What happens if I lose my ticket while I'm on the train?
»» You stop existing. Can you stop with these 'what if's? If you do something that's against the rules, you cease to exist! Is it really so hard to understand?!

✖Why didn't I ever notice this train before?
»» Good question! Living people aren't looking for a train full of dead people, so they can't see us. It's as easy as that.

●Do not miss your stop.
●Do not exit the train for any reason before your stop. This includes climbing ontop of the train or entering the engine room without express permission from the Conductor himself.
●Do not lose or discard your ticket.
●Do not fight or cause bodily harm to the other passengers.
●Do not disobey the Conductor, Cook, or Ticketmaster.
●Do not engage in adult behavior inside the train.
●Any food purchased must be paid for with money on person before time of death.
●You must have a ticket to board the train. See Ticketmaster for boarding privileges.
●Your first post must begin with your death. You must then go directly to the train station.
●Do not post fewer than 2 good paragraphs with competent spelling and decent grammar.
●Make your posts pretty and interesting to read.
●Follow the train schedule.
●To join, send a pm to a peace remaining with the title Please Tell Me Which Train I'm On.
●One writer may own as many souls as they want and may create more at any time.
● Each day on the train will equate to one week in real life. I (the conductor) will be doing weekly time-skips. Please be prepared.
●There is only enough space aboard this train for eight writers. For the application process, please see the "profile" thread.
●You must board the train at one of the scheduled stops within twenty-four hours of your death.

Failure to comply with all train regulations will result in immediate removal of the person in question from train.

xxxxxEach stop in an old-fashioned, open-air stop.Some are a simple as a wooden bench in front of the tracks, mounted on a cement platform (Beunos Aires) while other are more elaborate. New York's stop even includes wrought iron fencing around the stop, metal benches and a mosaic tiled floor. The train stops directly in front of the platform, and the train whistles once, signaling its own arrival. That's when you get on, and you leave the stop forever.

xxxxxA fine (the only) place to eat, the dining car aboard Red Line H242-b consists of a long, white, linoleum-top bar, behind which Aria prepares all of the food. Two double doors behind the bar lead into the kitchen, but that area is off-limits to riders. Passengers can eat on the plush-top red bar stools that line the bar or at any of the red-and-white themed linoleum-top booths or tables that Aria keeps immaculate. The Cook is the queen of the dining car, and although she does not speak, she is quite influential. She can also bringyou anything you want to eat or drink.

xxxxxIf you want to take a rest, feel free to find one of our sleeper cars. Red Line H242-b offers enough sleeper cars for every person on board, so find an empty one and grab some shuteye. Each room comes fashioned with a very comfortable single bed, fluffy blankets, a nightstand, mirror, and dresser (empty). There's also a long, curtained, window above the bed so you can watch the world pass as you relax.
