Welcome to our brand new thread for 'Kupo! As you may or may not already know, this shop is based on the loveable furry Moogles from Square Enix's Final Fantasy game series.

As the shop is now under new ownership there will be a few changes in shop policies and the way things will work. I hope the changes will only further aid in the success of the shop ^^

General

~ It should be a given, but always follow Gaia TOS
~ Be polite and courteous to EVERYONE in the thread, staff member and customer alike.
~ Please be literate in your posts. I'm no where near being a grammar or spelling nazi, but chat speak is not tolerated. The occasional 'lol' is fine, but no 'u' for 'you' or 'y' for 'why', etc.
~ Do not beg for a pet. There are plenty of opportunities to get a Moogle of your own, sometimes one may even be given away free to loyal posters. Begging, however, automatically disqualifies you from this.
~ Should you have any questions, post them in the thread. Keep in mind Nemesis and Avis have real lives. We may not be able to respond right away, but we will answer you!
~ Watch this post carefully, as rules are subject to amendments and changes.

Flatsales

~ Flatsales will be done in a 'flaffle' format.
~ Approximately 24 hours before the event the mule will post "GO!" In large bold red font. Post your flaffle forms AFTER this.
~ Forms posted before the "GO!" will be disqualified
~ You may only win ONE pet per Flatsale
~ More Details will be listed in the Flatsale post

Auctions

~ DO NOT discuss your personal funds during an auction, it discourages others and is not tolerated
~ Do not bid more than what you have
~ Pure gold is preferred. However MCs, EIs and rare items valued over 10k will be accepted at 10% LESS than the LOWEST market price.
~ Co-owning is allowed, but for no more than two people.
~ More details will be listed in the Auctions post.

Raffle

~Tickets will sell for 100g each unless otherwise posted.

Stages

Fallen Star - Once you have finally coaxed a star out of the sky it is not instantly bonded to you. Instead it appears to you in this form. A small, nervous fallen star. It takes only a few days for the star to bond with you and once it does it is yours for life.

Babe - Once the fallen star bonds to their human they grow into these cute and cuddly Babes. Happy and carefree they enjoy life with their human very much. They are chaotically curious of everything and it can sometimes get them into trouble. They usually don't grow past this point but recently more and more have been getting much bigger, much to the surprise of their humans. Most reports say they start to get bigger after a week at home. As far as anyone is aware they have not gained the ability to reproduce at this point.

Mog - As they grow older Mog's begin to resent humans for treating them like teddy bears. They insist their humans call them something more dignified. The fallen stars are still very much attached to their human, as much as they don't want to admit it. It's probably just a rebellious stage that will pass... hopefully. Luckily most people say this stage only lasts a couple of weeks. At this point they are mature enough to breed.

Moogle - Your patience has paid off. What once was nothing more than a fluff of fallen stardust has grown into a full Moogle. Their rebellious stage has passed, and they are once again carefree, though much more mature beings.

Things to remember

~The world this shop takes place in is called Tireta
~Moogles have magic, some humans may have magic, depending on their class. Keep in mind for RP purposes I do not want EVERYONE'S OC to be a mage.
~Fluff stage CAN talk.
~Most moogles respect VeeVee But it's up to you personally.
~VeeVee's tower is in a town called Brastroc
~Feel free to use your OCs! Just remember there will be a limited number of mages. This will be clarified in the Guild
~There is no specific time period for these, but keep the theme of the Final Fantasy games in mind. New technologies mean some primitive guns, trains, steamships, air ships, etc.
~The main setting/Theme will be mostly mythological/medieval/Renaissance/early industrial revolution all rolled into one. Clothing, teachings, etc can be adapted from any of these.
~ If you decide to use and OC then just remember that, at least for this shop, your character has lived on this world their whole life. Funny accents are fine.

~ Form of payment needs to be agreed upon by the owners of the breeding moogles. Be it half and half or one person covering it. The trade must be sent from only ONE person for the full amount.
~ You may breed two of your own Moogles if you wish.
~ The number of babies depends on the maturity of your Moogle. Bred Mogs result in 1-2 fluffs. Bred Moogles result in 3-4 fluffs.
~ Edited babies will only get some of their parents' edits.
