APPLICATION FORM

Need frequent bumpers and sporatic bumpers!

Frequent Bumpers: people who will bump at least 50bumps everyday just like any normal bumper would in any other bumping store
You usually get your own order unless you can't possibly meet up to the time limit then you will get backup mrgreen but you'll have to split tip
Sporatic Bumpers: For those who are already in another bumping buisness and yet are able to give at least 75 bumps a week (more would be appreciated) also, you share orders with other bumpers. then you can apply as well!
you share orders with others, i will tell you which orders you need to complete, but you can bump any sporadic orders, just remember to post it on the shop

Rules:
1. follow same rules as the customers have to.
2. In each bump you must post the number of bumps done out of how many was ordered. ex: 10/100 meaning you've finished 10 bumps out of the hundred that have been ordered.
3. Post on forum what order you start, how many bumps you start at ex: 90/150 and how many you completed ex: 100/150 (do not pm me, and im working on the clan so till then post on the forum)
4. help out the store a little and bump it rofl
5. when you know you won't be here for a while let me know! pm or post a lot about your future absence in the store!

Pay:
Get paid every friday (unless informed otherwise) Frequent bumpers get 4g per bump till they have completed 2000 bumps where they will be given 5g per bump whereas sporatic bumpers get 3g per bump.
P.S. i do give raises and special bonuses to those who truly deserve it!!

Concerning Tips:
if you share orders with others then you all split the tip, if you claim an order all by yourself (close and order) then you get the whole tip, till 2k; above 2k will be for the store and getting cool banners and other stuff like that mrgreen

Once your application is accepted and you confirm you will be invited to the Bleah Biz clan (if you haven't confirmed within 4 days of it being accepted you will lose the job)

yeah i know its big... heh

So I was thinking that i would have a contest between the bumpers and here they are!:

Starting Date: June 24, 09
So who ever bumps the most between now and the end of August shall receive.... [drum roll]
1 item from their wishlist (probably one of the cheap ones depends on how many bumps in total)!!!! YAY!

Starting Date: June 24, 09
who ever gets to 2000 bumps first gets an extra 3.5k!

Starting Date: June 25th, 09
every week who ever gets the most bumps in total for that week gets one extra gold per bump they did for that week. But if a bumper reaches more than 500 bumps, its an extra 1k!!! Oh YEAH!!!
