Hello and welcome to our joint Harry Potter Original Character Request thread!

If you are an artist who cannot get enough of Harry Potter OC's this is the place for you! With over 30 characters to choose from, we trust you will find at least one that you will want to draw!

If you do decided to choose to draw for us, please make sure to read the descriptions of the character, paying close attention to appearance and accessories. Also, if you plan to draw any couples, make sure you are paring them with the correct person ^_^

There will be times when you see us RPing in this thread. You MAY still post your order form even if we are RP'ing 3nodding We will not mind!

1. Follow Gaia's ToS. Very simple
2. Do not steal anyones work, that includes our samples, edits, banners, etc.
3. No begging
4. Please do not whine or complain if your form is rejected. We each have our own prefered styles and we also have limits on what we can spend on art.
5. Do not be rude to ANYONE in this thread.
6. Do not quote the first page.
7. When you are done with the art piece, please PM the person who commissioned you. If you want to post the art you did in the thread, that is OK (we love to see new art <3 ) but make sure to PM it as well in case the person who ordered it doesn't back read.
8. Fill out the form! If you do not, there is a good chance we wont see it. It also helps us know who you want to draw! Also, use links or thumbnails for samples.

For the moment, I am no longer going to be ordering art. Real life is pretty busy for me, especially with a baby who was born in February. I am rarely online and when I am, it's not for too long. Please do make sure to look at all the other posts to see other wonderful HP OC's to choose from!!

Benjamin Scott - Student

Name: Benjamin Scott

Hair Color and Style: Sandy-blond that is semi-short, and likes to stick up in some places sometimes.
Height/Weight: 5'8" , 160lbs
MUST HAVE: gold-hoop earring in his right ear.
Appearance: He is somewhat muscular, but not overly so. Usually seen with his shirt untucked and his tie loose around his neck, like this.. He's usually a pretty happy guy, always giving a smile or grin to people around him.
Familiar: White ferret, named Gwin (female).

Hair Color and Style: Still a sandy blond, but he maintains it much better and it is a little longer
Height/Weight: 5'9", 170lbs
MUST HAVE: gold-hoop earring on his right ear. If shirtless, a dragon tattoo like this on his right shoulder-blade.
Appearance: When he's relaxing and hanging out with friends, he is usually in jeans and a t-shirt. When going out on a date, he will wear a button shirt or a polo shirt with some nice pants.
Other: He has a motorcycle as a means of transportation. Example of Ben on his bike (but with a dark, red helmet). He can transform as a Golden Retriever as an animagus (has been able to do this as a child).

Appearance: Holly is one of those girls who really hasn't changed much in her appearance. Her face looks a bit older, but other then that, she is the same height and build. She dresses a bit more stylish and girly, opting for dresses and skirts then pants. Usually has a bag with her that carries sketch books and drawing supplies.
Other: She has formed a strong friendship with Darius Sabien. She's only come to realize that he is in love her.. she is currently sorting out her feelings for him.

Maya-Ki Bennett - Student

Name: Maya-Ki Bennett (goes by Maya)
Age: 17 (6thyr)

Eye Color: Blue eyes with tints of gold and wears thin, black wire-frame glasses
Hair Color and Style: Brown (on the darker side), cut short. Always has a yellow pin in her hair
Height/Weight: 5'3" 120lbs
MUST HAVE: yellow heart hair pin and black wire-frame glasses
Appearance: She tends to dress pretty casual. Her school robes are always very neat and tidy. She's fairly pretty, but not overly gorgeous. She doesn't think she's pretty though.
Familiar: She uses her family's owl, Hermies.
Extra information: Maya was pregnant, at the age of 17, by a muggle boy she fell in love with. Unfortunately, the boy does not reciprocate these feelings, especially knowing she is a witch. With the help of family and friends, Maya has decided to keep the baby, which ended up being a girl, named Hannah Rose Bennett. Baby Hannah has a full head of hair, light brown, with blue eyes.

Appearance: Usually dressed in teachers dress robes, she mainly sticks to this. When going out with her daughter outside of hogwarts, she will usually opt for jeans and a nice shirt.
Other: She and her 7-yr old daughter, Hannah, live at Hogwarts. Hannah's appearance: She is of average hight of a 7yr old, with the same kind of energy. She has brown hair, the same shade as her mothers. She loves having them in pigtails. She carries around a stuffed bunny, named Theodore, everywhere she goes. She is very inquisitive. Always asking her mother questions, and since she lives at Hogwarts, she knows all the teachers and asks them tons of questions as well. She knows a little bit of magic already, so its very likely she will be going to Hogwarts, as a student, in 4 years. She wants to be a Ravenclaw, like her mommy.

Hair Color and Style: Messy, ear-lobe length white hair
Height/Weight: 5'9/150lbs
MUST HAVE: Well, he's a Werewolf, but that isn't a must.
Appearance: Isaac is rather built for a sixteen year old. He's not built in an extreme way and the muscle is tapered nicely throughout his body. His chest and back are littered with scars, and his face holds a few scars. They do not mar his appearance, but somehow enhance it. He has deep green eyes and his hair holds no pigment.

Lore Montgomery - Student

Appearance: His appearance is usually very messy and loose. He nevers wears his shirt buttoned all the way up, and his tie is usually hanging loosely around his neck. Lore is albino, so he is quite pale.

Appearance: His clothes are always neat and free of wrinkles. Proteus is biracial, being half Caucasian, half Asian.
Familiar: A black cat named Savon. The cat is completely black, except for a small patch of brown near it's left front paw.

Personality:

Bryn is the epitome of a Slytherin-Ravenclaw hybrid. Her cunning intellect, bordering with both houses, is put to use by her Slytherin side when she sees something she wants. Her drive to succeed, to be the best, and to do what needs to be done to get there is anything but Ravenclaw, though this side of her is tempered by the Ravenclaw wisdom which will not allow her to go against what she’s been told is right, and what she perceives as the correct thing to do.

Unlike Slytherin females, Bryn is quite attractive. This is a trait that the teenager is entirely grateful for, though she does think of herself as more plain than most of her house, which ends up leading to self confidence issues. She’s shy, excessively so, until she gets to know someone fairly well. It’s not unlikely to find her curled in the corner, mulling over books or writing furiously in notebooks. Knowledge brings her great comfort, and she claims it to be her best friend. In fact, there’s not much chance to get her to leave the comfort of them to go outside unless you bring children into the picture. The younger year students bring much delight to the girl and are usually the only thing that can tear her away from her studies. If she’s outside, it tends to be leading a pack of first years around in some kind of activity.

One thing Bryn loves to do is create new charms. It’s a lot of work, but she’s a natural at it and though it often frustrates her to no end, she eventually succeeds in her work – it becoming an obsession until it’s completed. The issue with them is finding someone to test them out. She doesn’t exactly have a huge following of people to test the charms out on.

She generally has no issue in giving people a tongue lashing when she feels they deserve it, though certain people tend to bring this trait out more than others. It’s difficult to escape her sharp tongue during one of these outbursts – though thankfully, they are rare.

Bryn is your ‘quiet know it all’ who is very set in her ways, and the way she thinks, often times refusing to change it unless you can offer up reasonable points that she cannot refute. Appearance: Nothing incredibly much has changed about Bryn's appearance. Long hair has been cut short (Just about chin length) for easy up-keep with her busy career. She's not grown much taller, reaching her full height at 5'4'' and not millimeter over and she definitely still has a boyish and not overly feminine build. Some things just never change.

She has gained several more piercings - one belly button ring and a labret to be more specific - and has even gotten a tattoo of a raven and a snake on her shoulder. Of course, Bryn's probably the last person you'd expect to have such piercings, but she has them and is fond of them.

Personality: Bryn is Bryn, as always. Hard working, studious even after finishing all her training, and very, very sure of herself when it comes to academics and her profession. Her cunning and shrewdness gave her an upper edge in her training, not allowing anyone to beat her for top of class - and that was hard to do. More and more of her Slytherin attributes have come out over the years, wanting to be the best and making it happen. Her self esteem issues with her appearance have all but disappeared, though she's anything but vain. She knows she's attractive, rather than doubts it now, but it definitely is not the focus of her life. Brains, to her, are still the most attractive thing about her and this is likely what gave her the self confidence boost.

Bryn quickly had to get over her aversion to people due to the very interactive career she chose. She realized early on that it just wouldn't work if she was afraid to talk to people, especially when it came to personal issues. As such, she's gained a boldness to her that was not there before. Inquiries come often and naturally, sometimes forgetting that the people she's talking to are not patients. This can be fairly off putting unless you know her well.

Still stubborn, still set in her ways, but she's learned that in life there must be flexibility or one will break and so she is more open to change and differing opinions than she was in school. Of course, that makes for a happier everyone around her.

History: Bryn finished Hogwarts with O's in all her classes and on her NEWTs. Except for that D in Ancient Runes that she insists never existed in the first place. After school, she parted ways with her apprentice, Madam Pomfrey, though still goes to the woman for advice every now and then and has maintained easy contact with her, respecting her as a colleague.

She immediately entered her healer training - which is far more extensive than that of a Medi-witch - throwing herself into her education with more a fervor than she had even during Hogwarts. Her healer training lasted four years - and was the downfall of her relationship with Ben. About half way into her first year, Bryn ended the relationship on the grounds that she barely saw him and it was not fair to either of them to continue with something that was stagnant.

Following her graduation, Bryn took a two year stint as a resident in both Saint Mungos and a muggle hospital in downtown London, specializing in pediatrics. This left her very little room for a social life when combined with her obsessive need to finish working on her charms projects from Hogwarts.

At 23 years old, Bryn finished her residency requirements and began working at St. Mungos as a full time doctor, still specializing in children and birth. However, in her spare time, she worked just as obsessively as before on her charms, finally perfecting several potion counterpart charms, mainly used in healing. Specifically:

Personality:

Morgan is the direct opposite of her cousin of the same age. She's outgoing and more focused on activities than she is on schoolwork itself, despite her being smart. In fact, most of her time is spent rushing to do the last bit of homework just before it's due. She procrastinates a lot when it comes to anything related to school work.

If Hogwarts had cheerleaders, Morgan would probably have joined that and a million of other activities and clubs the first day they were made available. She lives for fashion and wants to be a fashion designer. Often times, she's found with a sketch pad and a pencil doodling some kind of new outfit design (she designed Bryn's Masquerade dress!) and she's damn good at it, too.

There is definitely no lack of self confidence within this particular Ravenclaw. She knows she's beautiful, and really, she won't let anyone tell her otherwise. Home Life During Childhood: Edan grew up very much loved. His parents had adopted him and his two siblings at their birth and though none were blood related, the bonds could have never been stronger. They were taught the art of entertainment from the time they showed the smallest hint of talent. Liam became a dancer while Lia and Edan sang and composed. He was taught etiquette and manners from his mother while his father oversaw their education until Edan was ten years old.

When Edan was ten years old, there was a Death Eater raid on his village. The escape still gives him nightmares. The three siblings were taken care of first, ushered into hiding, both Liam and Liaden promising to take care of their younger brother if anything happened to them. His parents died in the fight.

Special Abilities: He's especially gifted at creating illusions. He also has a precognitive ability. This ability is random and pretty much unable to be controlled. If he wants to see something, he won't be able to see it and when he doesn't want to…Well, it decides to rear its ugly little head and say "Rawr!". Usually these can only be seen on some kind of surface that can be used to project onto (Ice, a smooth wall, a mirror, etc) though sometimes he will dream of something before it happens. These generally have inconsistencies so nothing is ever 100% accurate.

Edan is the only one able to see these visions - so if you see him staring at something shiny or smooth with a blank expression on his face he's likely seeing something he'd rather not.

It's also very easy, if you have the powers, to plant the visions into his head. Edan's very gullible to his visions - another weakness.

Appearance: Edan has a tendency to wear very colorful, high quality clothing. Most of it he has either fashioned himself or was made by his sister who tends to make the outfits for their performances. Often times, he looks like a fashion disaster (clashing colors are often worn) but he can, and does, clean up very well. He refuses to wear the typical Hogwarts uniform and instead often covers up the clothing he does wear with glamours that only the teachers can see.

His long hair is always braided in a thick rope, either carried over his shoulder or down his back. During his performances, he adds the black band of a mute swan over his nose and cheeks. It is family supersition that they are descended from Irish Gods, and one that Edan takes very seriously.

Personality: Edan is, in all honesty, a fun loving, happy go lucky guy. He hates being down, and he hates other people being down as well. He's a wonderful listener and often times has decent advice to offer people - though sometimes the way he puts things makes you have to think about it.

His biggest passion in life is music. His biggest joy is composing and performing his own songs. He also has a tendency to write prose and do odd things like dance in the rain. There is absolutely no way to bore Edan - he will always find something to do and enjoy doing it.

Personal bubbles don't exist to him, either. He will touch, hug, kiss - and not hesitate to show affection. This can be a little annoying if you're just meeting him, but people tend to get used to it. His self confidence is definitely bordering on 'vain'. Actually, it's gone way past 'vain' and has entered the realm of 'how the hell does his ego fit through the door'.

Edan's a bit of a daredevil. His motto in life is "Tomorrow never comes" and he lives just like that. He's an optimist, not ever wanting to worry about things that may never happen. He finds no point in fretting or worrying. There's so much more to life, and if it happens, it's meant to.

As such, he will try just about anything twice - because he may have gotten it wrong the first time.

-First and foremost Edan is useless in battle unless the bad guy gets a kick out of fancy talking and poetry and can be easily distracted by it. Seriously. He'd be more interested in how the sun hits the blade and sends off shimmers of light onto the bloodstained field rather than how to scewer and enemy with it...Or, you know, how to bend them over and have his nasty way with them depending on his mood. You really don't want to catch him in that one, though.

Quite honestly, he's more likely to talk the enemy to death.

However, his pride won't allow him to say he cannot fight. If he's ever challenged to a duel, he's like to accept (Honor and all that jazz). And promptly get his a** beat.

In spite of that, he DOES have some use FOR battle. While he can't do jack in the actual fighting, his schemes and plans could certainly work for battle tactics.

-Edan is easily distracted. Not because he doesn't have the ability to focus on one thing (he does, chooses not to most of the time) but his mind is constantly searching for something else to do. Don't be surprised if he's talking to you and a gust of wind comes up, shakes the grass, and he skips off to study the movement and starts spouting poetry at the "inspiring blade"

In fact, this is likely to get him killed one of these days.

His hair's about shoulder length, straight. It's usually left completely alone or put in a loose ponytail at the base of his neck to keep it out of his way. He has a bit of an Egyptian look to him - the shape of his eyes, for example, is more Egyptian than anything else. But really that's probably the only feature that he shows other than the color of his skin. He does wear Kohl under his eyes every now and then to appease his Egyptian mother, though. He gets his green eyes from his French father.

He enjoys wearing pretty things. Corsets, sun dresses, evening dresses, c**k tail dresses, whatever. Usually nothing too long, but definitely nothing short and slutty. He always wears sandals with dresses, never high heels or panty hose - and heeled boots when he wears pants. He doesn't always dress in women's clothing, though. He wears a healthy mix.

Personality & History:

Jesse is your typical guy. A very proud one, at that. He comes from a very average background. An Egyptian mother, four siblings, and a French father who died when he was young. He lived middle class his entire life, had a very good one at that.

He's a bit of a nerd when it comes to comic books and horror flicks. Very casual and easy going, and not at all shy that he likes female clothing. He doesn't wear it because he's gay, or because he wants to be a woman, or anything silly like that. He wears it because it's pretty, and he likes it more than male clothes. Yes, Jesse is a cross dresser, and it isn't uncommon for him to be seen in the girl's uniform. Jesse graduated school with pretty mediocre grades. He never put too much of an emphasis on school - though he was pretty intelligent and did the best he could. Still, he had no desire to join any kind of magical career. After graduating, Jesse started work as a prostitute - getting paid for the one thing in life that he liked the most. Sex.

However, he did very well from himself. At 25, he's a self made millionaire and has been able to take care of his siblings fairly well. He has his own apartment where he lives with his massive collection of comic books, horror movies and video game systems.

After meeting Proteus again, and with some very large inner struggles, Jesse quit his prostituting job and with a little convincing from the other wizard, allowed himself to let go of past demons. A tentative relationship bloomed further, and the two were married at the ministry. The wedding was sooner than they wanted, due to some jarring information - Jesse was diagnosed with Leukemia.

They currently live together in Jesse's loft apartment in Muggle London, though are in search of a nicer house...they are expecting twin girls sometime very soon.

Makenna is a sweetheart and has no problem showing it. She attempts to at least be cordial to everyone she meets - though obviously, being a teenage girl, that's not always the case! Fortunately for Makenna, she has no issues with that particular destiny. Unlike most teenagers her age, she really doesn't feel the need to rebel. Adrius doesn't generally go out of his way to look like a wizard. Usually he's wearing some kind of loose, hanging low on the hips jeans and a wife beater, band t-shirt, or some kind of loose tanktop. A pair of worn-out sneakers aren't an uncommon sight on his feet, either. This generally garners him some interesting looks, but that doesn't really bother him.

Other than the generally muggle clothing, Adrius has a tattoo going up his arm, down his side and onto his chest of a dead tree with stars growing up from a pile of skulls on his hips. He also has gaged ears.

Personality:

If he's one thing, he's laid back and not much phases him at all due to the fact that he pretty much raised himself. His father wasn't a particularly good man and his mother escaped reality by use of magical narcotic plants, spending most of their money on them. This left Adrius to learn to be self sufficient at a very young age.

He got his Hogwarts letter at age eleven, like most children, though he never was able to go. His mother wasn't there, mentally enough, to make sure he could get what he needed. While he likely could have spent the money he made doing odd jobs on school supplies he was more interested in actually having money to live on. As such, Adrius, while he has magic, is really no better than a squib as he has no idea how to really use it outside of imbuing things with magic which he learned by becoming an apprentice magical tattooist at age seventeen.
