● Fill out these forms as completely as possible. Ask questions in the thread if you have any.
● I will quote your order and give you a final price once I have reviewed it. This is especially important for thread orders, as prices for threads can and will vary significantly from order to order.

Hey, what's up, I'm ShadedGray, but you're more than welcome to call me Gray. I'm 20 years old, and I've been on Gaia for about four to five years. I attend Michigan State University, and I'm majoring in studio art with a concentration in graphic design, just like 90% of studio art majors today. I had a brief stint with art education, but that didn't go too well, so I abandoned it.

I geek for calculus, typography, and Stargate in any form. I currently have over 3000 fonts on my computer (3577 to be exact), and I can probably name them all just by looking at them. In fact, I have so many fonts, that my computer takes between 10 to 15 minutes just to open the font folder. My favorite font is Fairfield Lt Std, which is an Adobe serif font that comes standard with Font Folio. It's gorgeous, really.

Before anyone asks, I actually have no great love for honey, though I do have a four leaf clover that I use as a bookmark. I've found two in my life, and one of them I laminated and put in my grandfather's coat pocket at his funeral. I'm a pretty sentimental person. I also happen to be allergic to raspberries (goodness knows why), but I eat them anyway. My favorite food is a strawberry cheesecake my mom makes with strawberry jello and actual strawberries stuck in the top with a gramcracker crust, and if you really want, you can make it and send it to me and that can be your form of payment instead of gold or items.

Currently, I'm growing out my hair for Locks of Love for a friend of mine whose cancer treatments makes her hair fall out. I plan on cutting it all off sometime in March, probably around my spring break. There will be pictures involved, and you'll probably see them. Speaking of pictures, have some! Because I'm vain enough to imagine you care!

I do all my work in the CS4 versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, though I have been known to break out Flash on rare occasions. Though most designers swear by Illustrator, I actually find it pretty obnoxious; it's a glorified word processor without the Word part. But it gets the job done, so I can't complain. All my work is done with the help of an Intuos 3 Wacom tablet whose name is Betsy. Betsy is the s**t, and you will not talk smack about Betsy in my thread. If you talk smack about Betsy, Betsy will talk smack about you, and you don't want smack from Betsy.

I download my fonts from dafont.com. It is almost as awesome as Betsy.

I collect Photoshop brushes like a drug addict collects needles. I don't know where half of them are from (probably dA) because I just download them off random sites.

All my stock imagery comes either from deviantART or AbleStock. I do adhere to a "don't ask, don't tell" policy about graphics you collect. I don't care where they're from or who they're from, and I don't want to know. If I don't know, people can't sue me. I also think if you're stupid enough to put something on the internet without a watermark, you're stupid enough to have it stolen and redistributed without your knowledge, but that's because I'm a grumpy, jaded old curmudgeon. I also say this from the place of having my art stolen. I've really stopped caring.
