Hello, my name is Moe. This is probably my 8th art shop on Gaia since 06 when I joined. Pretty much all of them were duds. I guess its because I don't have good art? I only remember one art shop of mine that was actually decent. You can find it here Ah. Those were the days.
I used to have a Waccom tablet back in March, but sadly, it died after a year of abuse and good use. I hope to get a new tablet soon, but right now, I want to focus on improving my traditional art skills with colored pencils. [And soon , Copic Markers! <3] So that's why this shop is here, to improve and to make some Gold for my never ending quests.
So stay and chat, I want this to be a long term art shop. Even if you don't like the prices, how I draw or whatever, say and chat. I get very lonely. :'[ I'm easy to talk to, so no need to be afraid!

[:11/26/09:] I decided to temporarily close this shop for I do not wish to continue drawing Gaia avatar's and all that for awhile. Sorry~
[:8/25/09::] School starts today. Expect orders to go much slower then they are going now.
[:8/7/09::] Now offering traditional art again.
[::6/22/09::] Only 3 slots available again.
[::6/2/09::] Added a new style. Only 1K each, unlimited slots.
[::5/9/09::] I have gotten a new tablet. So expect CG art here soon!
[::4/11/09::] MAJOR NEWS: Prices have been raised. Apparently my prices weren't fair to me [According to the Prices/assisantce forum] so I've taken their advice to raise the prices. This is subject to change.
[::1/3/09::] As of Jan 4, slots will be limited to 3.

Rules for Art:
---Pure gold is preferable. But you can pay in items as long as it equals value. Don't try to scam me, cause I'm smarter then you if you try to pull that.
---Do NOT bug me on when your commission will be done. Its done when its done.
---Do NOT PM me your orders. All orders PMed will be ignored until you post them in the thread.
---When I go to your request threads, I raise the prices by two. So, a 5K chibi would be 10K and colored, instead of 2K, would be 4K.
---When slots are full, do NOT post an order, wait until a spot is open.
---If you have multiple orders, you can choose to do it all in one order, or do seperate orders for each. [But keep it in the same post please.]
---I reserve the right to decline your order.
---I will do bribes. We'll haggle prices in the thread. :3
---Send all trades to my main account, Jacks Jar of Dirt
---My prices for art will probably never change. If they do, then, well, go figure?
---You must send the trade first before I start working on your order, but I wont accept until its done.

Well, this little about me spot is so you can get to know me better. Makes it easier to start a conversation if you know what to talk about without offending people, right? <3 Well, don't worry. I don't get offended easily, and if some how you do offend me, no need to leave, because I accept everyone's opinions. =]

-Johnny Depp is my favorite actor of all time. I love all his movies, even though I haven't seen them. [I will never see Blow or Ed Wood for personal reasons. But they are good from what the reviews say. Plus, Tim Burton. Its always awesome if he's directing.]
-Pirates of the Caribbean are my favorite trilogy movie, Back to the Future being second.
-Pirates in general are epic win.
-I've got a jar of dirt. [Not kidding!]
-I'm so childish, that I still watch cartoons.
-Sailor Moon will always be my favorite anime/manga ever. With DearS coming in second, Angel Sanctuary coming in third and Rozen Maiden coming in fourth.
-I like to read manga. Right now, my collection is very weak, but I hope to improve.
-I want to be a artist when I grow up. That or a Musician, model, actress. Basically all the easy ways out of life. n__n [If your good at it.]
-I like to make costumes.

When I go to your request thread, prices are doubled!
Prices are the same for traditional and digital.
Full Body's: 10K OR 1 Sealed Letter. [Sealeds preferred.]
Waist Up: 7.5K
Chibi's: 5K
Color: 2K extra

If the list gets to long, which it probably wont because I suck at selling my art, then older art will be removed from the list. If you lost your art and wish to have it back on your computer [By saving it] then just PM me and I'll give you the link. I never delete my art work from my Photobucket. <3

Anything extra goes here. Like my current WIP that isn't shop related, just for fun piece. Or I receive some art that I want to share with you guys. Basically, its a shout board for you guys to see, that may benefit you in some way, or I just want to brag about something. :3 Who knows? :D <3


I started working on a new webcomic. Its to follow the events of Nabeu but instead of ancient Egypt, its in modern day. Its more Magical Girl/Sailor Moon-ish than how Nabeu is. More comedy and such, less serious. But there is a plot, duh!

Its still being worked on, but I have enough plot line to start the first chapter.

Question: What do you think of your art?
Answer: I think its, well, not as great as everyone else. Then again, I am not a professional so its okay if its not the best. People these day's want digital art, but I believe traditional art has more value. n__n

Question: What made you start up and art shop...again?
Answer: Well, stated in the first post, to improve my art and to make some gold for my never ending quests.

Question: What gave you the idea of your art shop name/title?
Answer:From Wall-E. One of the characters has my name, M-O. He cleans. <3

Question: Why are you so weird?
Answer: Television.

Question: What are Copic Markers?
Answer: The greatest marker of all time. It's an alcohol based marker that professional Japanese manga artists use in their art. Very expensive, but so worth it.

Question: Who's Dirt Man?
Answer: My besty online friend ever. <333 I lurv him in a good way. His Gaia account is [~Paranoia Rights~] We've been Rp buddy's for a long time, that's actually where we met. Ah. Good times. <3

Question: Why is he called Dirt Man?
Answer: When we met, we were talking in a Ooc thread from one of our Rp's from almost three years ago, and in his sig was Captain Jack Sparrow with a jar of dirt, which is currently in his profile. That's where it came from: Dirt Man.

Question: Why do you raise your prices when you go to a request thread?
Answer: Cause its more of a hassle for me to go out and look for a customer.
