General

1. Follow the Gaia T.o.S

3. Be nice to one another and please, refrain from arguing in the thread. If you really need to argue, take it to PMs.
4. No Trolling / general meanness / harassment. If any of you are caught in the thread or PMing us to harass us, trolling, or being mean, you will be banned from the thread and your child will be taken away. NO refunds will be given. You will also be blacklisted, and in serious cases, be reported to a mod.
5. No stealing of the artists’ art work. It is art theft and against the law. You will be reported to the mod for this and kicked out of the shop permanently.
6. You must read the entire front page because we do not want anyone pleading for appointments, or breaking a rule. If you any issues with the shop, PM the mule and not the artists. If you have issues with the art of YOUR appointment, PM the artist.
7. Role-playing is required to own a child or to have an appointment.
8. Do not spam the thread, period.


In-Thread

1. Try to keep things moving quickly.
2. If you have to leave us, please let us know ahead of time.
3. If you do leave us without warning, we will wait 1 HOUR before moving on without you.


Role-playing

1. Do NOT god-mode. Even if you own a God/Goddess, you are not allowed to kill or permanently hurt a character.
2. Do not create a power for your child; they already have an established list of abilities.
3. Only the God/Goddesses have the power to train a character in their specific field. You are, however, allowed to train them in cooking, gardening, etc.
4. Your pregnant character cannot be more than half anything other than human. That means you can't be a full-blooded vampire, etc.
5. If you are going on hiatus, please notify your RP partner if your child is involved in a relationship. In such cases, you may grant your partner to role-play your child in your absence, but may not have any control of anything that affects the child such as powers, growth, injuries, etc.
6. No anime cosplay character pregnancies. This is because of copyright laws and it is generally wrong to do so. To get more of what this means, you cannot have Sephiroth breed with a goddess or your avatar / OC. You are allowed OCs (original characters) and your avatar only.
7. There is to be no cybering. We already had an incident with this in the past. If you want to do things above Gaia T.o.S, go do it over AIM or any other Instant Messenger system.


Relationships

1. Opposite sides are permitted to date or have a relationship
2. Opposite sides are not permitted to get married, have children naturally or adopted.
3. Same-sided people are allowed to date, get married, have children both naturally and adopted.


Gods/Goddesses

1. A God or Goddess do not fall in love with lower beings, period.
2. Some Gods and Goddesses are sympathetic with human plight, but it doesn't bother them in the least.
3. If you are rping a God or Goddess, you must follow the personality traits established for them.
4. They are not allowed to grant powers, kill, maim, hurt a fellow Goddess or God. Same applies with a child of the shop.
5. A God or Goddess requires to be available 24/7, so to speak. They require massive amount of rps with children, adults, and people of the shop.
6. If you don't follow the rules, you will have your celestial being taken away from you without payment and you will be grey or blacklisted depending on the severity of your crimes.


Point System

1. Every 100 pages, the first person to post gets 5 points, second person gets 4 points, and third person gets 3 point.
2. You're only allowed to update your abilities once every week, starting friday morning.
3. Pm the mule if you have any problems with your points.

Flatsale

1. Please do not complain if you did not win an appointment or a child. Respect the judges' decision. Besides, there will be other chances.
2. Please pay the flat sale price within 24 hours. If you fail to do so, then your win will be forfeited and given to someone else.
3. If the entries are to be posted in the flat sale thread itself, refrain from flaming the works of others.
4. When you buy an appointment, you are entitled to all stages up to teen, provided you role-play enough to warrant growings. If, for some whatever reason, you feel you do not want your child anymore, you are entitled to a refund, minus a portion according to how many stages were already done; your pet will then be rehomed. If you are blacklisted, you will receive no refund and your pet will be rehomed.


Auction

1. Bid only what you have.
2. Tally up your own bids, unless the host says otherwise.
3. Do not complain if you do not win. There will be other chances for you to get a child.

Stage 1: Pregnancy
Gods and Goddesses have different ways of making you pregnant. That means that you have a child growing inside of you, and the god-parent can either be male or female. Likewise for females, a Goddess can hook you up and make you pregnant, as well as a God.

Stage 2: Baby
Congrats! Your child is born! Your little one might or might not resemble you or the child's god-parent, but he/she is your child. Take good care of that baby, and he/she will grow up fine. Remember they need their milk for healthy bones and soon-to-be-growing teeth!

Stage 3: Child
These children grow up so fast! They can now walk properly, and some can even speak in full sentences! Most children at this stage are hyper, noisy and sometimes a little annoying. They might even pick up the horrible 'puppy eyes' technique to get their way. Be firm yet kind and gentle at the same time to discipline them, and win them over to your side.

Stage 4: Teenagers / Young Adults
This is the real test of a parent. Mood swings, the growing age gap, boyfriends and girlfriends, staying up late and flirting. Just don't pin them down too hard, they need some breathing space too! Some children, at this stage, have completed their training with the Gods and Goddesses who had agreed to teach them as a child.

Stage 5: Adults
First comes love, second comes marriage, and third comes a baby in a baby carriage. They're all grown up, and ready to face the world! Of course, they should have gone through their training from young, and have enough knowledge about whatever was taught to them. They can also get married, have children, and try to settle down as a normal family.
