Most likely the artist will not just give you a custom graphic for free. Scroll down to our Freebies post and see what we have to offer. Or, the artist may be willing to negotiate the amount or accept another form of payment (items, trades, etc.) If that is the case, the artist will tell you so in his or her shop description.

What do DBA and DBN mean?

DBA and DBN stand for Designs by Ace and Designs by Necroscape, respectively. They're our individual shop names. Whenever we refer to one of our shops we may use these abbreviations instead of "Ace Shop" or "Necroscape's Post" -- it's just much clearer in connotation. For example, if you see something like "New <DBA> Announcement" in the thread title, that means there is an announcement to read in Ace's shop, "Designs by Ace." Make sense? It's pretty simple.

Why are Acey's prices so expensive?

Ace: When you factor in the amount of time even the smallest order takes me, the prices are appropriate. What many customers fail to realize is that I commit myself 112% to every order, and often they take me 4x longer than expected. They tend to cause me large amounts of emotional stress and even physical pain, and no matter how small the order I always do my best to make it a work of art. I put my heart and soul into my designs and therefore, I think you're really getting what you pay for. Not to mention I have a tendency to get your order to you remarkably fast, if I'm not already overhwelmed by other obligations. I hope you can understand, but if my prices are still not suitable to your palatte, Necroscape is much more affordable. : )

Well, mine are going to be the cheaper graphics. In price, not quality of course. And since I have a lot of free time on my hands, I will be offering more slots as well as finishing graphics in a rather timely fashion.

My designs tend to be more stylistic in nature and often more complicated. However, I can adjust very easily based on your needs.
