~ General Rules ~

Be nice.

Don't steal the art. You'll be blacklisted, reported, and beaten with a bag of doorknobs. >(

No discouraging others from participating. You're welcome to randomly wish others good luck in whatever, but no massive cheering sections, please.

No complaining about the event in the thread. I mean it. If I hear griping about how things 'aren't fair', etc, I will greylist you immediately, even if you're a shop regular (because you should certainly know better). Then you won't be able to participate in the event at all, and you can see what 'unfair' really feels like. If something really is unfair for whatever reason, I'll spot it and address it, rest assured. If you have a complaint or a suggestion, you can PM Lumi directly. I would, however, suggest you be polite if you choose to do so.
If this seems strict, you can refer to the last flatsale for the origin of this rule. <3

~ Auction Rules ~

Starting Bid: 5k

Minimum Bidding Increment: 1k

Autobuy Details: A Devil Tail will automatically win you ALL three pets in the current auction. If you don't want all three, you're welcome to give one or two of them away, or allow those auctions to continue running (if you really wanna buy just one pet with your dtail).

Co-owning is allowed for up to 2 people.

Be respectful of the other bidders.

Each set of auctions will last about four days. The individual end times will be clearly stated in the auctions post. If you need help converting your time zone, you can look here. Use New York City as the 'from' time zone.

No sniping. Snipe guard goes into effect 10 minutes before the auctions end. Bids in the last 10 minutes will extend the auction 5 minutes longer.

No editing posts or bids.

You can't withdraw bids.

You can't hold high bid on more than one pet at a time. For example, if you're bidding on Aurora and you're outbid, or she goes out of your price range, you can switch to bid on Mulan, but you can't try for both at once.

You are allowed to win in more than one auction (i.e. you may win a princess and then later win a villain, if you choose).

Please only bid if you have the gold or items. Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction's end.

Lumi will accept the following items in bids, at the listed value (based on 90% of the June 18 tektek prices): See the list here.

~ Raffle Rules ~

Raffle tickets will be 100 gold each.

You may buy as many as you like.

You may buy for other people if you wish.

You may not choose your ticket numbers.

Send trades to ParkRanger, and PLEASE, put the page number with your ticket order in the title of the trade!

You may participate in both the Alice and Mad Hatter raffles.

Since ticket sales are separate for the two raffles - with drawings at different times - it is also possible to win both raffles. You're welcome to give away one or both pets if you win. And for all you Alice/Reg 'shippers out there, keep in mind you can't breed two of your own pets. XP

~ Game Rules ~

There will be various small games for non-individual mini pets, as well as two large-scale games for for full pets. Small games may happen at any time. The large games will be scheduled with a few days' notice.

You may only win one freebie mini of each type during the event (i.e. one dalmation, one mouse ear hat mini, etc).

You may only win one of the large games. You're welcome to participate in both but if you win the first and then the second you'll have to give one pet away.

You may participate in the free games even if you're bidding in the auctions or participating in the raffles.

Q. What is considered a 'Disney character'? If I win the advertising contest raffle, what can I pick from?
~ A. Anything you can argue is Disney related. Want Pixar? Go for it. Kingdom Hearts? Sure, why not. =D

Q. Can I pay with items?
~ A. You may bid items in the auctions. See above, under auction rules, for items Lumi is accepting and the value. Please total your own bids! You can't pay with items for the raffles.

Q. Are there triggered events?
~ A. Yes! There are at least 3 pets you can get through secret triggered events. What are they? Well it's a secret. =O

Q. Are you taking letters as well as items?
~ A. I will take letters that correspond to the items I'm looking for. I'll update the big list to include the values for those.

There are a small number of Disney-related otters that have been assigned to other people already, though they have not yet been created. If it is critical that you know your character is available before you bid, PM Lumi and ask to make sure.

Any Disney-related characters are valid (Kingdom Hearts included). If you want to know if your character is 'valid', PM Lumi and ask before you bid.

For this event, TOO is pleased to present our first ever advertising contest. The contest closed Friday, July 4th. The raffle drawing for our winner will take place on Sunday July 6th. You can remove the banner from your signature now. :3

For every day you have the link and banner in your sig, you'll get one raffle ticket (and I'll be checking) - if you want to make sure I don't miss you, you might want to post once a day to claim your ticket. At the end of the event, a raffle will be held to choose the winner.

The prize? Why it'll be your very own custom Disney otter. Any lineart you choose, any character you choose (with a few exceptions; obviously it can't be an otter already in the event, or one that already exists, or one that is on a very small list of otters promised to others).

The original Otter Oasis lineart was done by SpazzyKoneko. All hail the mighty Spazz!

All line editing and coloring for the event was done by Lumi.

Special minis are being bullied out of contributed by Dante.

The Mad Hatter otter design was strongly influenced by the wonderful art of bri-chan, to sate all the Reggie fangirls out there.

All character designs are copyright their respective owners, mainly Disney. Lumi doesn't own Disney.
S'a shame, too.
