Welcome to Blue Memories!

In hoping that everyone has a fair share of a Gaian life with all the wonderful pixels that we can choose from, is what this charity wants to concentrate on. +Be kind to others. I don't tolerate drama and/or fighting.
+Bumping is allowed in this thread but it is preferred that while others are around, you keep a conversation. No raping of emoticons. That will make you illegible to any donations.
+Be kind to my thread mods or you may jeopardize your chances of a donation.
+Make sure to keep your quotes small. It's a bit annoying having to scroll down through tons of quotes x.x

1. Do not beg. That will guarantee that you don't get a donation from the charity. Don't beg here OR via e-mail. That will earn your name to go to the black list and make you ineligible for donations. You will be warned of this before you go to the black list... Your applications need to posted here and ONLY here.
2. Make sure to post at least 10 times if you would like to get donated to. Please make sure to follow the application that I'll have bellow and only post it once when you've hit your 10th post (to make it clearer, post 9 times -the first time you come into the charity- on your 10th post, have the application). I will make sure to either donate to you right away or put you in the "applicants list" and will get to you as soon as possible. To make sure that you have read this part carefully, when asked what is on your mind on the application, type a certain sentence I'll throw in this part that seems a tad out of place (The blue nose of the turtle.) This is critical to get you on the list!
3. If you have a link to your quest, that'll be great. I'll look it over and decide how much I'll send your way.
4. I have a few other items I may donate every now and then. I will design Random Days for giving away small items. Special Days are for when I have a good item to hand out and Extra Special Days for well, extra special items. ^-^ These days will come randomly and only a few items will be given out on those days.
5. Donations will be sent out accordingly. But if you are near the end of you quest, I will try my hardest to send you a good donation ^-^
6. I will also try my hardest to donate at least 1 Monthly Collectible letter once a month (or more if some fall on the charity's way).
7. To donators to the thread: please make sure that when sending trades and/or gifts, you state that they are for the charity so I know what it's for. And send them to THIS ACCOUNT.
8. If you would like to donate to other people yourself, you are very welcome to do so because giving is always a great feeling. ^^
9. Don't expect to get huge old MCs. It is best to work towards and item and have some help sent your way. ^^
10. Keep a look-out for Random, Special and Extra Special Days. It will be on the name of the charity when these days come out.
11. To be fair, it will be donated to people who have posted at least 500 posts here in Gaia to ensure that I don't wind up donating to mules.
12. It is critical that you read this whole thing because you will be tested on it later on. Well, kinda.
13. It is not a requirement that you have a quest thread but if you do, it'll look better on you because you have taken the time out of your Gaian life to really dedicate a lot to your quest. If you do have a quest thread, make sure it has at least 10 or more pages. I will make sure to look up on how you've mantained it and if it's up to date.
14. For right now, you may apply to get donated to twice. I may change this rule to just one or more times later on. You may only do this after 10 days of your your first application and please, do me the favor or looking for your first entry post so I don't have to dig it up (since it would take me a while). Let me know where it is and I'll consider a second donation.
15. Please note that I'm not online at all times. I will have some of my friends as mods here and they will help me in keeping an eye on the place. I'm only online for about 4 hours a day and those are the only times that donations will be give.
16. If you are applying to get donated to, please mark up your posts as "post #" and then what you want to say. You don't have to do this after you've put in your application on post 10.
17. If I randomly disappear, it's because I'm trying to keep up with the people here and I will get to the "applicants" list. So please check back up here to see if you're on it after you've posted your application.
18. To give myself a bit of a break, the charity will not be open Saturdays thru Mondays. I may roam about on Saturdays and Sundays but I won't be around as much as I would be on the weekdays. Mondays I will not be online at all.

To be eligible for these, you should have at least 10 posts or up and be around in the thread. Special Days are only eligible to regulars.

Random Give-aways Every 50 Pages
Yes! Since I've started this, I liked it. AND SO! On page 600, a random poster will get 3k! On page 650, a random poster gets a random shop item.

Random Days
Are given in special pages.... coming up, page 666 will be a devilish stylin' one =3

Special Days
These will most likely be on Wednesdays or Thursdays and will include somewhat expensive items that will be handed out. Well, more like contested for. I will choose from either a Random Number or Dice Roll.

Blue Memories was started after an incident that happened to me and after that happened, I had bowed that I was going to do anything I could to help out others. Since I had a few doubled items, I decided to sell some of them to have this charity going. As stated above, I really hope that you enjoy your stay here and that you make good friendships as I have made here in my 4+ years of Gaia. Please make sure to follow the rules and be kind and courteous towards others.

Dates of importance:
8/19/08: 578 pages and still going! Planning on updating the main page soon!
7/18/08: Huh... Guess I forgot to update when we reached page 400.... o_O; Well, we're on page 450+ now =3
