Her father died when she was younger, during a mission as he was a Turk, leaving their family rather poor. Because of that, Miki left, and Mika left shortly afterwards. When she found her brother, he had started up a gang in Edge, having created a small following. Joining him, Mika ended up meeting and falling in love with her brother's first in command Sun Li, or Tamahome. Things were going rather well, until her brother's rival gang attacked them. Tamahome took a bullet that was intended for Mika, dying in her arms as she could do nothing but watch. Afterwards, she snapped. Mika took revenge for her lover, and her gang. The distraught teen found the rival gang's headquarters, burning it to the ground and killing everyone inside. Her arson had caught the attention of the Turks, and she was soon scouted. She became a Turk, and actually found herself enjoying her work. Mika spent a good bit of time with Reno, becoming rather close to him. That closeness ended up with their multiple night stands, the largest one climaxing with her becoming pregnant. Fearing of what would happen should her friend find out, Mika left, and gave birth to her triplets back in Wutai. His Story: Born the youngest male of the Yamagami family, a known mystical family, it was expected of Kai to work in the family temple along side his older brothers and sister. However, Kai found himself wanting a different calling. He didn't want to live and die in a temple, like the rest of his family. He wanted adventure, excitement. Little did he know he would find it in one of the more peculiar places. A few months before his 8th birthday, a very peculiar pair of patrons came to visit his family's temple, to speak with his father and mother. The only reason Kai even really noticed them was their peculiar coloration, considering they were both crimson haired and blue eyed, a rarity in Wutai. The conversation between his parents and the pair didn't last too long, and the two red heads left shortly after.
As they left, the woman smiled at him, giving him a small nod. He thought nothing of it, but after that day, his physical and mystical training increased significantly. It wasn't until his 16th birthday that he was told the reason for this. Many years ago, the red haired woman had saved the life of his father during an old gang fight. His father had said that one day, he would repay the woman for her generosity. Being that Kai was the most ambitious of the group, Jubei had suggested that his youngest step in for his debt. The youngest boy was stunned, though also rather excited by the prospect. He would finally get out of being stuck as a temple attendant. Shortly before his 18th birthday, the red haired man, named Miki, reappeared, to take him to his new life, as a member of her gang.
He found out later that the red haired woman, Mika, had died in a raid by the Blue Dragons, and that Kai was going to be set as a body guard for the time being. He would protecting Mika's son and daughter, Raidon and Alzena. He did his job well, though it soon ended when the pair's father showed up to take them with him. Since then, Kai has been working on improving his skills, so that another task can be allotted to him. He got his wish, as Miki sent him to go aid Raidon in setting up a satellite gang in Edge.

Craving the ability to see properly again, Eros agreed to the surgery at age 16. However, because of the surgery, and further experiments that ShinRa did while he was still under the anesthetics, he can 'see' auras.
