May 27 ~ Special iPod Flatsale begins
Apr 2 ~ The Valentines Event is finally finished. Currently planning an event for mid-April.
Apr 1 ~ After a very long hiatus I am back. Sorry for being away. From now on I promise to keep the shop updated. Also slashed the price of pets to 800g from now on.

In only a few hours the big race would begin and Alexis knew she just had to win. Maybe if she won the race people would start to notice her, maybe even want to be her friend. This was her big chance to impress everyone!

She couldn't afford to lose, so Alexis headed to the supermarket to buy a prize egg for herself, one she knew wouldn't break or drop. With her trusty spoon in hand, Alexis was ready to test EVERY egg in the supermarket until she found the perfect one.

On her way there, she noticed a new shop across the road from the supermarket. Alexis ran across the road to the new shop. She was curious to know how it had appeared so quickly as nothing had been there yesterday. A few minutes of checking the place out wouldn't hurt her tight schedule.

"Egg and Spoon Race Shoppe" the sign read. A broad smile spread across her face. Perfect, she thought as she entered the strange shop. All around her, every shelf was covered in eggs and spoons in all shapes, colors and sizes. Alexis headed to the counter where an young woman stood, smiling at nothing.

"Looking for an egg?" She said distantly.

"Um, yes. I guess so..." Alexis began.

"You guess, do you or you know? No?" The shopkeeper replied, turning to look at Alexis and still smiling.

Confused, Alexis went on. "Um...I need an egg for a big race. I need a perfect one."

"Oh yes, perfect." Without another word the shopkeeper handed Alexis a beautiful, rainbow painted egg. "Careful. Its perfect. Will bring you friend, yes." The shopkeeper then handed Alexis a brilliantly shiny, silver spoon. "For you, both free. Enjoy."

With that, Alexis glanced at her watch. Only twenty minutes till the race. She called a thanks as she ran from the shop.

The finish line was in her sight and Alexis was in the lead. She could hear the crowd cheering her name. She was ecstatic. Alexis raced on; she was almost there, so close now...only a few more steps when...

CRASH!!!

Alexis tripped over a rock in the ground. She stumbled and came crashing onto the ground. Her egg smashed and yolk was all over her face. She could hear people laughing and cheering as someone else won her race.

Distraught, Alexis gathered up her spoon and the remains of her egg and ran all the way home.

There she cried in her room, the spoon and broken egg on her desk. After a while she stopped crying and realized all the yolk in in the spoon was gone. She got up to investigate and there sitting in her silver spoon was a small rainbow creature.

She was amazed. The creature looked up at her and smiled. It squeaked. Alexis stroked it gently with one finger.

"Hello, little one." She cooed. The creature purred and squeaked again. Alexis could have sworn it had squeaked 'Friend' before it fell asleep.

"Then that shall be your name, and I will never be lonely again. Friend" Alexis smiled.

Egg-- With you're specially bought egg you are ready to go and win that egg and spoon race. The shopkeeper wishes you good luck as you leave, but there’s an odd smile on her face.

Broken Egg-- The finish line is within you're sights, you're nearly there and you know you can win when...CRASH! You fall to the ground and are left with a broken egg and yolk all over your face.

Baby-- You put the remains of your special egg in the bin, very upset that you lost the big race. The next day you wake to find rubbish all over your kitchen and in your race spoon you find a small critter of sorts asleep. Its so small and fragile. It really needs you to look after it.

Teen-- A few weeks later you find your small baby to have grown into a teenager. My how big it’s gotten! Your pet doesn't need you as much as you start to introduce it to the world. It still seems to want to stay close to you, but is eager to explore to world.

Adult-- Now fully grown, your pet needs hardly any help from you, but it values your friendship highly. If you treat it right, by now it will want to stay with you out of its own accord. Maybe in the future it may want to meet other pets.

Remember in order for your pet to grow please stop by the shop every now and then so we know you still want to care for your pet! Each stage lasts a week. If your pet does not grow within a week please PM the mule.

A quiet companion, and not the most loyal. They love to be stroked and will hang around as long as there's warmth and food. They are hard to get to know as they prefer to keep to themselves, but once they trust you can build a very special friendship with them.

A very loyal and loving pet; they adore their owners and will always be there for them. They are very high maintenances as they require constant attention and exercise. They don't like to be alone, so they will always keep close to you. Easy to please, as long as you play with them, you can build a very good friendship with them.

::Kitusagi::
The rarest of the three species, they are very mysterious creatures. Not much is known about these critters as there are not many of them in existence. What we do know is that they are known to be very secretive and behave very strangely. They like hiding and are very shy. Its very hard to get to know them.

There are six different personalities that your pet can develop when they reach the adult stage.

Vain User Image
Vain pets are completely self-obsessed. They are constantly checking their appearance in the mirror and think of themselves first every time. However, they can be very loving and caring at times, mainly when they want something. They are easy to get along with, as long as you let them take a mirror everywhere.

Sad User Image
Sad pets are quiet and appear sad most of the time, even when they are actually very happy. They sulk a lot and enjoy quiet time to themselves. They like to meditate and are thinkers. They always have something interesting on their minds; you just have to get them to share it with you.

Loud User Image
Loud pets like to make a lot of noise. They love being the centre of attention and have very outgoing personalities. They like to have lots of friends and they try their best to treat each one equally. The can sometimes be selfish, but are the best pets to take to parties.

Brave User Image
Brave pets will always be there for you, no matter what. They will always stand up for you in any situation. They love praise, even though they are very modest about it. They are hard to compliment. They like to be powerful and in control and can sometimes come off as bossy. If you can put up with them being the leader most of the time, then they make very loyal friends.

Fun User Image
Fun pets are always making jokes, laughing or smiling. They never frown, however they're not ones to talk about their feelings, but they will talk about EVERYTHING else. They are known chatterboxes. They are easy to get along with as they always have something new to tell you about. They love games and will always keep you entertained.

Cheeky User Image
Cheeky pets are very naughty most of the time. They love getting into trouble and dangerous situations. They love pulling pranks and love humiliating people all in the name of fun. Sometimes they can be very troublesome, but they just find it all fun. They need a lot of attention to keep happy, but they can always make you laugh.

When your pet becomes an adult, they like to go and find other friends of their own. Especially special friends of the opposite gender. Only adults can fall in love with other adults and they must be of the opposite gender, but they can be of different species. When they have fallen for each other they will be taken to the special Love Spoon. Who knows what happens there? But when they come back, they come back with more little eggs. There will be 2-4 eggs per breeding.

As kitusagi are a rare breed, it is very hard for me to find eggs of that breed so it will cost an extra 500g for a kitusagi species.
