Hey there. I'm Tanalilt; Kyo for those who want to be uber-friendly-like. This is my shop that I'm going to maintain over the rest of my school year and possibly into the summer. I'm offering things on a what you pay is what you get idea here. More about that later in the posts.

Just a bit of a sample of my art.

All art will be done in openCanvas 1.1 and Photoshop, unless traditional art is requested.

I'm willing to do anything from headshots to fullbodies. I'll start the price at 3k for a minimum, but if you want a higher quality, then up the price. Basically, you determine what you get. 8D

It's basic colour, a bit of shading and highlighting, and messy-ish of sorts.

This was done for 9k, I believe.

More colour in it, smoother colours and skin tone, and a lot of blending put into it, as well as more attention paid to detail.

I WILL put more effort into something if you pay more.

Hm, I think I'll order one of my OC. That is, if you are willing, able, and remember to draw in her braids. People seem to be forgetting them a lot lately. whee

Yeah, it was on last night. I was sort of mixed on my reactions to it. It was a good episode, but it's more a 'disappointment at failing to guess the diagnosis' thing from my point of view. (Although House found a replacement for Chase on the plane - Mini!Chase. Kid was adorable. <3)

*laughs* I know how it is to have an OC where people forget to draw things on them. But your character seems very interesting. 8D I'm looking forward to working on your order.

And as for a reference -- A detailed one, most likely. The more vauge the description is, the more artistic license I'll take with the character, usually.

Y'know, it's usually the two earrings or her outfit artists don't do quite right, not forgetting to add in the braids. I never expect to get a perfect picture or anything, but the lack of one braid and then two really took me by surprise. I guess it was just because no one else had ever left them out before. :XP:

That's good to know about the description thing. My newest OC refuses to be drawn. >.o Well, he let me chibify him (adorable though it is, it's also quite useless as a ref) and draw clothing references, but otherwise he's being quite stubborn. Between my last post and this one, however, one of the entrants in my art contest has agreed to be the first to draw him, so now I'm going to have at least one ref. 3nodding

Heh. OCs shouldn't be mean to their creators and refuse to be drawn. Although I have had instances with characters before where my mind and my drawing hand refused to cooperate. Spiffy that someone agreed to draw him, tho. 8D

I'll start on your commission tonight. I have a cello to paint, and I know I'll want to take a break from the smell of acrylics sometime tonight, so I'll work on it then. <3
