2. Any avvie pics that don't obey my rules shall have their orders ignored!

3. Don't PM orders to me!

4. No abuse or foul-mouthing please!

5. Send the trade STRAIGHT AFTER ORDERING.

6. Don't pee me off.

7. Don't like your order? Please tell me and I can fix it! Don't go off in a strop and decline the trade as your order shall be totally deleted off my computer!

8. Don't be afraid to PM me with questions though!

9. Please don't ask me what animation software I use!

10. Don't mess me around.

11. If you think I have forgotten your order, make sure you have given it at least 2 weeks before asking - I might just be behind on orders!

12. Don't go telling me how to run my shop. I have run other shops and you could say I'm an expert!

14. Don't go asking why I don't have a 13th rule.
