So, I love to write poetry and you love to read it. Maybe you wanna personalize it, or just read something new. Either way, you've come to the write place. (hehe pun biggrin )
So just post here to let me know what kind of poem you like. Also, if it is a metered or rhyming poem, let me know the rhyme scheme. Unless its an haiku or sonnet. I love to write, so get requesting!! heart
I'm not sure how much anyone would think a poem from me is worth, but here's a rough idea of what I think my time is worth.
Haiku: 50 gold
Sonnet: 150 gold
Freewriting: Each line 2 gold
I'm not sure what all else is out there, so when you request, tell me what you would like. We can haggle out a price later. heart
Here's some sample poetry I've written before:
Angels
Gold angels illuminated stories
Brought the myths to life
Taught me the way of
Compassion, Mercy, and Hope
Sang-whispered to me of
The seeds of grace
Awaiting revelation
The Sea Sonnet
The sea is my delight and my lifeline.
I dive into the crystal, blue-green deep,
And water sends cold chills along my spine.
I swim by and watch the fish as they sleep.
The sea keeps mind, body, and spirit whole.
The gentle winds create the calmer waves,
That soothe the fear and anger in my soul.
My soul admires serene aquatic caves.
The dolphins welcome me with open smiles
And swim with me as I explore below.
I gaze in wonder at the sandy miles
Of ocean floor that many never know.
I long to stay forever in the sea,
But I know that wish can never be.
What If?
What if the world fell away?
What if night was day?
What if there never was a seesaw?
What if crows didn't caw?
What if blue was really red?
What if everyone living was actually dead?
What if there was no glue?
What if everyone lost a shoe?
Then the world wouldn't show
Everything we have come to know.
Oh, and please don't steal my work. The alien will know and will get you. smile
