Ordering
Enter the necessary information for your commission into the Google Form below ; name, contact, character visual, textual references, etc.
Discussion
I will contact you through any contacts linked, with questions asked and clarifications to be made. If all is in agreement, I will begin sketching.
Payment
An invoice will be sent along with the sketch once it is done.
Any major changes needed must be explicitly mentioned here. If no changes are needed, full payment will be requested. If no payment is sent in 7 days without notice, the slot is revoked.
Progress
Lining and colouring commence ; updates will be given depending on progress made, and / or updates requested.
Chargebacks / refunds will not be entertained at any point during this stage, and any major further changes will be made at my discretion.
Completion
When it is finished, your commission will be sent to you in the contact linked in [2] ; saved in 300dpi and png format to prevent quality loss.

Design Complexity
If your design has a lot of details (e.g. on the level of Hoyoverse or Shining/Infinity Nikki), I may chanrge extra depending on how much detail there is!
To ensure fairness, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final amount agreed on will be included in the invoice.
Character Reference
For best results, please include a character reference sheet in neutral/white lighting with the following full body views:
Front / Side / Side / Back
For pose and expression, stock images work fine. Background/personality is optional, but may be included if you think it's necessary.
Do not knowingly send AI references. You will be rejected and blocklisted.
Special Instructions
If you have special requirements such as deadlines, post by/after certain date, no streaming of the artwork, transparent background, etc, include them in Special Instructions inside the form!
