Angel items continue to be oof. Every month...I don't know what I expect. (Maybe an item worth getting)??

This is so limited in its uses (few poses, color choice) - sidelining masc styles for girl looks again and again.

The face is a mess, blush wise it doesn't vibe with darker skintones, but it barely vibes with lighter tones.

I feel like we didn't need another bowl (or cup) for our avatar to sit in, we have so many already.

Ngl, angel items are starting to feel like when we had monthly rigs, there was always an new item that was a few poses and didn't get that much love compared to other items - that's what the angel item has become.

Cool. Another Angel Item completely lacking in unisex versatility. Business as usual.

On a more positive note, seeing recolors of all these older items lately has been pretty neat. Gaia has such a robust catalog of rad items, it's great to see items from over 5 years ago get some limelight again.

I love Cattus in holo tbh. Cool vibes. And the Angel item is so cute. ;u; I definitely wanna play with the arms, and maybe I should be the ramen i would love to be eating. If I cosplay a girl from Nikke I'll look just like the one I had in Japan lol (I mean aside from the fact that Crown was printed on nori.....but imagine)

Guh this angel item missed the mark entirely for me.
4 poses only?? What happened there.
Feels more like a Golden Catch common.

I wish it was a more traditional miso bowl, small red or black and lidded.
(Like a lid hat option was right there!)

It's good to see you back to making the CSUs again [even if this is before a break or something;;; ]

Happy September; not sure if I'm digging the monthly item just yet
I'd have to fiddle first before I give a personal verdict ahhh

I feel we could've gotten something with more pzzazz and colour but I'm content.

LQR is cute, not an item I'd use but it's definitely nice to see older items hitting the shelves again with newer and fun schemes!

I genuinely thought we were getting a labour day sale or something with how we missed a UR last week?(I think, not sure if it was intentional or forgotten tbh)

oh well.

happy september all. angel item this month feels like its from 2016~ gaia lol. the pixeling feels sooo old school. not really into that style anymore so easy pass despite liking the scheme.

Angel item theme is interesting, and tbh I will be using the bowl for mermaid in ramen attempts; other than that, it's a "not remotely for me" item. i will prob still go after some recolours bc bowl though.

Glad to know that wasnt my eyes going crazy and it does look/feel like older pixeling to others.

Would be cool to see more tofu or green onion themed stuff.

Two missing animations for the user flairs - and one seems like it might've been coded differently than the rest on top of that - that we won't see unless the users log in and equip them. That's all I'll comment on since I'm extremely torn with how Flaired Up Tickets are handled regarding established parody rules.

Picked up the Birthstone Brooch for this month - next year bracelets? Or shoes boots?

Angel Item isn't for me this month, but I like the color choices on it. Same with the recolor, been a while since we've seen Cattus.

Thanks for the thread! Congrats to the users on their flairs, too.

Oh. The Angel item reminded me that I forgot to add Yokai2k to my leg guide. Whoops. My bad! At least I remembered, I guess~

But, yeah. Seeing creamsicle/calabash is fun! Been a hot minute. I'm admittedly not sold on the item itself. The legs feel strangely squat somehow. Dunno. They're not bad, just oddly short and I'm not sure I'd be able to use them. Arms are cute but, again, I don't see myself using them. That bowl, on the other hand? Love. Having pebble for the seventh tone on the v2 armmod is also great. (I did chuckle seeing that the arms are black and pebble while the seventh leg is ivory. Not matching! Heh. Silly, yet delightful. Y'know, for weirdos like me. whee *)

Think I'll pass on the recolor. It's fun, though! I just don't really use either the scheme or item. I should... one of these days.

*edit: On second thought... it might not be pebble? Now I gotta figure that out so I can add it to my continual WIP (aka, the arm mods skintone spreadsheet). It sure looks like a slightly different shading for dark elf grey. Super similar. Hm.

Congrats to the users on their cute flairs~

Sleepy start to September for me, though. Angel Item isn't something I see myself using (even if I like Calabash), Dark Holo and Cattus are nice (but the item itself is not really wowing me somehow; only semi-related: there's a tiny part of me that's still sour that chicktus doesn't have fantasy arms and a weird double-background-pose glitch), and overall I'm just kinda... meh. emotion_zzz

I'd like to see Whalecome Vacation in Seabreeze or Sootberry + fantasy skins and Through the Wintry Wonderland in Grotto or Sootberry + fantasy skins, please. Go summery or wintry, I'm fine with either. Lovely Lively Lapin in cringe!Sootberry, too (+ fantasy skins, natch). Yes.

angel item is such a throwback~ not my style personally but the bowl pose is cute, same with the face... i wonder if it's something from someone's archive finally seeing the light of day, or a bone thrown to the users who still use this style of pixeling? o: september starting with orange for the season is fun tho! also honestly upon 3rd look i think the tofu hairties would be very cute as standalone accessories... apron too...

ouu cattus is still such a solid item, i always forget how fun those glasses are!! and a solid set of legs on that guy too. wink wonk long live dark holo ♥

I'll most likely be picking up a couple of the new flairs, but other than that I don't really se anything that's particularly eye catching to me.
