It would appear the entry/vote sections are stuck with old titles from past themes, of which have yet to show the finialized results in the runway museum page. The vote entries, however, appear to be from the most recent titles. (Yet contain that old theme title.) I am uncertain just how far the glitches in Runway go, but it would be unwise to continue runway entries/votes until the core bugs can be worked out.

I just so happened to notice 745 votes on my own K-Pop Idol entry, previous entries yielded less than 100 votes. (Unknown theme popularity)

If the code is somehow messed up, or somehow exposed, it could be plausible that the app could be hacked by a user who simply wants to mess with the system, rather than win at a game. In essence, it could potentially be a soft DDoS.
My suspicion is that whatever new stuff they've been working on with the app is jacking everything up and voting from mobile should be turned off until they sort it out. One of the things we've found out specifically is that the app will show someone voting on an entry, once. One vote, one click. But this will affect the number of votes that said entry has by a... seemingly random number.
We've seen ~130, ~250, and over 1.5k be added in a single vote (we also have screenshots for this happening in less than a single minute). I'm sure there's... probably higher numbers that are being added?
Either way, any voting coming from the catwalk tab of the app is affecting runway in a very negative way.
