BLUEBERRYCREME ITEM LIST

♥ hello

welcome to the item list for all items in the color scheme blueberry creme! this color scheme features shades of icing* blue and cream. brown is commonly used as a third color, and a lot of items go with sable, but some go darker. it's often accented with ivory and/or white. (there's some outliers regarding accent colors, so the rule of thumb is if it has the blue and cream, it's this scheme. i'm throwing in items that are cream/sable too for good measure. keiko's cake themed items also feature shades of red and pink.)

from personal recollection it's a fairly old scheme, back from before set schemes were really a thing. *grumbling granny voice* back in my day in my day, we had to trek 10 miles in the snow to access a computer on dialup to use tektek to find various items that happened to have a pose with a similar color to create cohesive outfits and there weren't recolors... kids these days have it so easy...

*robin, keiko, powder, baby. robin is most commonly used, but in keiko's cake, the hair pose using this shade of blue is called icing, and since this scheme was solidified with keiko's cake and that's what i've known it as ever since, that's what i'm going with

note: again, this was started before schemes were really a thing. i went with blueberry creme to start since that's what it was referred to in the unguided scheme list. it seems they got blueberry creme from blueberry creme mousse. since keiko's cake and cafe miam are some of the first items i remember with it i'd consider it more appropriate for it to be called something regarding those items but i don't want to like, name it myself and/or presume. if anybody knows if there's an alternative name, and/or a more appropriate name for this scheme please lmk :,)

some scheme name ideas i'm considering???

cafe/coffee cake (cafe miam + keiko's cake)
vanilla buttercream (buttercream rose)
jaydis (jaydis the white queen)

also if anybody can remember and/or has a source on dating here, the oldest i can remember this scheme dating back to i think was around 2011? keiko's cake is the first major item i remember using the blue/cream combo

since this guide is focused on the combination of these colors, i figured it'd be helpful to list guides for individual colors and other schemes that may feature them!
