Potion Rules

✥ Follow Gaia's Terms of Service ✥
✥ No mules. If caught using one, you will be blacklisted ✥
✥ Limit of 10 of a certain type of potion ✥
✥ Limit of 2 types of potions 20 total per day ✥
*By this, I mean 20 potions the day I send them. That means if
you send the trade on Monday, and I send the potions on Tuesday,
you may not request 20 more potions on that Tuesday.

I reserve the right to edit and add rules as needed.

A month long contest will be held every month, lasting till the second last day of each month.
Judging will be held in the very last day of each month between me (PracticalDweeb) and partner in goodness, Stella_XI. A special guest judge will come by form of Gaul Crixus/Philocaly themselves (kyaaah! //faints~).
Contests will alternate between wordart, avatar contest and avatar/kindred art contest. For prizes and rules for each, pls refer to the section below.
Less than 5 entries will mean the contest will be prolonged till the last day of the following month.
Up to two placements for prizes, with an additional placement for every extra 5 entries. (5 entries=1 placements, 10 entries=2 placements, etc.)
Only one entry per user; no mules pls.
Winner's art will be displayed in the first post, til the next month's winner is announced.
Maximum of 1 day for winnings to be collected or no prize or art will be given/installed.
WE HAVE THE FULL RIGHTS TO DECLINE PIECES WHICH WE FEEL DOES NOT MEET MINIMUM STANDARD EXPECTED.

The item(s) MUST NOT be obscured, so much so that we shouldn't need an item list.
Entries can be made with items you do not own in either AVATAR CREATOR or AVATAR search item tool.
Participants will be judged on Creativity (how the item(s) is incorporated to the grand scheme), Flow (defining a balance between subtlety and boldness) and Uniqueness (how common it's style is to the other entries).
Deadline is the second last day of the month.
