Hiya everyone! No Wing Scout business today. I hope that's okay!

Instead, I got a few contests I'd like to share. Piyo is also pretty excited to present the prizes we have in store for all of you! They're really good prizes. Well...I think so, at least.

I heard that an annual ball is coming soon. My mom is busy, but she said I can attend. I don't know what to wear. Is my Wing Scout uniform good enough? I just don't know!

Can you guys decide for me? Give me ideas!

Won't you draw me some neat outfits to wear? I tried to draw some ideas, but I don't think Piyo liked any of them.

Gosh. I'm no good at guidelines. I'll just give you some stuff other people helped me with.

    ◄ You can enter as many times as you'd like. Well...I mean only if you wanna!

    ◄ I cannot accept your entry if you don't use the entry form. It gets confusing if you don't use it!
    ◄ By entering, you give us permission to feature your artwork in this NPC's profile should we choose to do so.

If you can't draw, that's okay! The other Wing Scouts told me that there's other ways you can help me. I think it's called the Avatar Builder and it has a lot of items to preview.

Instruction stuff again since those are important!
