{5 / 10 / 09} - Received our first kudos from venus_starshine. Thanks for the great recommendation! ALSO, some revisions are being done to the rules and order form making it easier for you, the customer, to order.
{8 / 14 / 09} - Entire shop is being updated. It is being re-worded, some banners are being changed and renamed, text is changing, etc. Please look over it and give me opinions on the changes.
{8 / 30 / 09} - I sort of lied last time. I had a run in with two thread layout artists who ditched me. Hopefully this third one will be the charm and we will be getting a renovation. Bumper rules have been edited. Mik might be coming off semi-hiatus. Front page will be looking different. We have more bumpers than orders, which is good and bad. Yay for good bumpers!
{8 / 31 / 09} - Thread layout is updated. Whole new colors. (: Hope you enjoy it.
{9 / 23 / 09} - I've been mulling over whether or not to do this price increase and have decided that our service really should have one. For normal customers, this should only be a minor inconvenience, if even that. 500 bumps will now be 1500g instead of the original 1000g. If you have any comments, feel free to PM Temporary Solution and I'll get back to you asap.
{12 / 13 / 09} - Magnificent Dandelion is gracious enough that she bought us a thread layout. I'm especially appreciative because it requires minimal set up on my part. Thank her for it! It looks wonderful.
{3 / 29 / 10} - PMs sent out to bumpers who have been inactive and their orders have been revoked. If your order is now on the waiting list, it is first in line to be bumped and all previous bumps are now free.

01. Common sense is your friend. If you choose not to use it, you will suffer with a very snippy owner's response.
02. Read the entire front page before applying or ordering. If not, you may miss something important.
03. Don't steal my idea or copy it in any shape or form without my consent.
04. Standard price is 3g per bump, but the bribe price is 5g per bump.
05. You start paying bribe price for every bump after 500 bumps.

→ What is a temporary bumper and do I need one?
xxx A temporary bumper is a bumper who is hired to go into your bumping services and bump your shop's orders. They will follow your rules, use your graphics and generally help around your thread which includes posting a stopping and starting slot and example bump. Bumping service owners need this strictly. This is not a normal bumping service.

→ How do I hire a temporary bumper?
xxx First, read the entire front page. Second, fill out the order form. Third, send a trade to Temporary Solution. Lastly, wait. Generally, their first post includes them saying they are from Permanent Problem and then they start bumping.

→ How are bumps and bumpers supplied?
xxx Here at Permanent, we try to scale down the number of bumps each bumper does as much as possible. In order to do that, we send out more bumpers to do less bumps. For example, if there is a shop that wants three bumpers to do 500 bumps each, then they would need to order 1500 bumps so every bumper would do 500 bumps each. Reminder: 1500 bumps makes it bribe order.

→ Why do I need to order bumps if I'm hiring a temporary bumper?
xxx When you hire a temporary bumper, you get them for a certain amount of bumps on your orders. If you post that you want them to work for you for two weeks, your order will be denied and no bumper will be helping you. This gives the bumper a solid number to bump towards. While they are there whether it is two weeks or five days, they'll keep a steady PC count and not reset it even if your payday rolls around.

→ What if I order and your bumper never shows up for the job // doesn't complete it?
xxx That bumper is then taken off the job (after I investigate about why they haven't shown up) and another temporary bumper will take their place. All bumps will be cleared that the first bumper did and your order will be restarted as a sorry for the lack of reliability on the first bumper's part with no cost to you.

→ I needed a helpful bumper and they just caused problems! What happens now?
xxx If a bumper acts in any way, other than with utmost professionalism, they will be fired from the job. If you were harassing them, however, your order will be canceled and you won't receive a refund. Please do not try to discipline my bumpers other than reminding them if they didn't post a link or such. If they mess up, promptly PM Temporary Solution.

→ I moved or closed my bumping service. Can my bumps be transferred or refunded?
xxx Yes and yes. If your bumping service moved, please inform Temporary Solution via PM of the new link. Bumpers will move to that location accordingly. If your bumping service closed, contact Temporary Solution via PM, again, and state how many bumps were completed before the closing. A refund will be given for the bumps that were not completed.
