Follow the ToS, of course.
-Never start a job until I get the gold.
-Do not lie about how many bumps you've done.
-If customers are rude do not reply, just PM me.
-Bump this thread at least once when you're online.
-Post the job you were doing before you get offline.
-Always and I mean always read the order carefully.
-I require our staff to bump only us for more productivity.
-Once you are hired you have 3 days to reply and start work.
(if you do not you will be terminated)
-You must bump at least 100 times a week if you do not you will get a strike.
(3 strikes and you are terminated)
-Going on hiatus is fine but please let us know before you're inactive.
(3 months is the limit of your hiatus before you are terminated.)
-Don't be rude to a customer, the captain, first mate, or employees.
(It will earn you a strike and so wil disobeying the rules)
-Put a little pirate emoticon in your application so I know you read this!

So what is a good way to promote a crew?

Bonuses!

Bump 300 times a week or more and you get a 200g bonus!
Bump 600 times a week or more and you get a 300g bonus!
Bump 900 times a week or more and you get a 400g bonus!
Bump 1200 times a week or more and you get a 500g bonus!
Sound good??
Bonuses are added on Payday
when you send me your total!
You void your bonus if you don't PM me.
