If you just want one, flat color, that wouldn't count as an effect. A blend or gradient, on the other hand, would count.

Also: How do you pronounce that? Tengwar is a phonetic language, which means that you're writing sounds, not letters. I read Tiana Sidhe as "Tee-ah-nah Shee" but you may want it as something else. 3nodding
