Not often in his relatively short lifetime had his Mother called upon him, or the family for that matter with an unspecified reason. He was traveling as quickly as he could, foregoing steeds and drivers for something a little more... flashy and fast. He was late, and he knew Angelic would be displeased, but he had to attend to cutting the ties to generally everything else he knew out there.

As sad as it was, he'd found no real loyalties... no one who was willing to stand near him, he helped people up to their feet, he saved each and every one. Than they continued down their path, as a Guardian... as a Sentinel, this was all that could be expected. That's why he never made it when he went to be in army of that Christian god, he couldn't be a loveless cold-hearted puppet. He was far too defiant.

Arriving in the foyer before the Grand Hall he exhaled greatly and nodded to the faceless guards to open the doors, how the small army of nameless troops in this castle stayed alive all these decades was beyond him, but in this castle, which housed both a Goddess and the maddest medical genius he'd ever seen...

...Xave wasn't sure he wanted to know.

Elizabeth smiled as she stepped from the shadows not far off.

I'm pleased you arrived so quickly, usually bringing you here is...more painful.

She had stopped aging some time ago, though she had made it what could be called "mature" before that had happened. Part of her mixed blood and a range of experiments of her own.

A quick feel around the lower floor of the castle showed that for the moment, they were alone but that wouldn't last for long. Even now, Mother was uncoiling and reacting to his appearance.

Xave turned and nodded, even tried to smile a little bit. His demeanor had changed a great deal since his last visit. He was no longer hateful of the place and the people in it, he understood how everyone here worked... and accepted it. He, like Seraph, did not necessarily agree with all of the policies interacted, but he didn't fight it anymore.

"Hello Ms. Elizabeth, it's nice to see you too. Sorry for the trouble I caused before."

He nodded again and headed closer to the throne, already heading for his usual place to the right hand side. He would not stand directly beside Angelic, but he more than anyone would stay within striking distance of her. Xave would be damned if anyone brought any harm to his Mother.

Just a moment..Prince.

She had refrained from using his title on most occasions, just has she had avoided it with Le Aila for so many years..but she knew it would get his attention.

She didn't call you here. Angelic isn't even awake yet.

Straightening her shoulders, and another glance to the door to make sure they weren't interupted, Elizabeth watched his face.

I did...

He turned his eyes to the floor when she said his name, shame coming over him for a moment before it really hit him what she said. She called him here? Why would she... no answer he could think of was good. He looked back up at her and stepped forward so they wouldn't have to quite yell across the room... he knew how some people around here heard absolute EVERYTHING. His eyes scanned the rafters for any flash of crimson, be it male or female... and when he found none he locked eyes with Elizabeth, his eyes back to their usual cautious selves.

"What do you mean you called me here? What is going on? ...is Mother hurt?"

He didn't look very pleased at all.

Well..we don't actually know.

They had avoiding calling him here, it was only now that she was showing signs of waking up that he had to be called. No one wanted to be the one to give the news to Angelic.

Knight and Lilith have been missing..for months. We haven't found a trace of them in all this time.

They had even brought Gem and Aries in to help, and nothing had come of it..except a room disturbingly painted in blood. Le Aila had assisted briefly but now she wasn't exactly on speaking terms with her grandparents.

We were out of options.
Waking up from what seems likes years of a format sr induced by substance abuse Vash returns to his sense of time. Dry of throat and immobilized by atrophy his poor stempt to stir himself up from the bar causes him to call over and lay flacid and helpless. Torpid and broken be weakly called out into the seemingly abandoned bar, heavy with undisturbed dust. "Ariel...? Rayne?....
After an eternity of silence Vash struggles, broken of body and hoarse with inactivity.
Slipping from dimensions he taken a severe toll on his youth. Twenty five in body after stasis burns wear off, 2375 from time dilation slipping in and out of realities. The darkness ever present on his face more now then ever. Burned into his skin leaving its mark on his young flesh.
"..... Help ....me. Please......be here."
Dust, that's all that he could think of as he walked down the curving road.

We have been gone a long time. Its just littered. Would not happen in my bar.

He shoved his hands in his pockets. Hoping he still had another smoke left.
Movement caught her attention, distant footsteps perked her ears. People? hmm.. She had escaped into the form of this small orange cat so long ago, stayed there so long, that she had almost forgotten that people still knew this place existed.

The leaves rustled in the courtyard below as she stretched out and dropped down from her tree limb perch to investigate.
Loaded paused for a moment. Not paying much attention to his surroundings. He knew this castle well enough to know that even on his worst day that he would never be in any danger here. He felt something graze his right finger tips.

His eyebrows perked up as he imagined the delight of finding another smoke. His smokes were not ordinary. They allowed him to release excess demon energy and allowed his body to have less moments of having excess energy burst out..

People can't go on vacation anymore.

His hand passed by the object again. Again his eyebrows perked.

Not my fault.

He stopped moving for a moment to continue his search.
Liani purred a little as she got closer and realized...she knew this one. It had been so long. Names eluded her and even still her mind tried to wonder when she tried to think to deeply of being in a human form again.

Meeow..

The sound was soft as she rubbed her head against his leg when she reached him.
Loaded looked down as looked down as he felt the cat rub against his leg.

Oh hi there.

He smiled his normal smile. The aura the cat projected seemed familiar to him.

Liani is that you?

He finally grabbed the object by its finger tips. as he started to tug its slipped back into the folds of his pockets. All this power and small objects still gave him this much difficulty. He pulled out his hands and kneeled down slowly.

It's me Loaded.

He tipped his hat down. It was just as worn as it had ever been.
Large grey eyes looked up at him, wondering over his face as he spoke. All it took was a thought, a moment of concentration on the idea of speaking to him for the transformation to start.

Not that it took long with the magic and mutated abilities she had mastered over her life. One moment it was just a little cat, purring in the sun and the next she was there. Still looking like a girl in her early twenties with hair a color that matched the feline she had been before.

Hello.. Loaded.

Her voice was strained from lack of use but she would recover quickly. They always did.

It's been so long.
He chuckled as he stood back up.

Yes. I would laugh more, but it seems as though as years pass by things some how, stay the same. You look beautiful as ever.

He took a deep breath in as he looked around.

Anyone around?

I know LJ said he was near by, but I can't feel him. My mind is....occupied

His hand sunk back into his pockets.
Stretching up to her full length, Liani flipped her hair over her shoulder and looked around.

They come and go.

Her nose twitched as she sniffed the hair in a feline manner and looked into the distant treeline.

Le Aila stays in the deeper parts of the forest, as always.. Gemini and Aries have a ship that occupies their time.
