◆ Follow the Gaia TOS.

◆ Don't be an arse. Means no trolling, flaming, spamming, begging or being rude.

◆ Please try to keep chatspeak, txt tlk and 1337 to the minimum, I haven't bothered to learn them much since I'm barely fluent in proper English.

◆ I have the right to turn down commissions. Please do not b***h if I don't take your commission, I do have a life and my own projects to finish as well.

◆ You can use your commissioned picture in your signature, profile page, avatar etc. on Gaia and other sites, as well as in wallpapers and other personal use. You are NOT allowed to claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature from the picture. I may post the picture in my deviantArt and other galleries, unless you especially ask me not to.

◆ Please do not hotlink my pictures! If you wish to use your commissioned picture online please save it first on your own PC and upload it in your own Photobucket/Imageshack/whatever server you're using. The ONLY exception to this are my banners if you're linking my shop.

◆ These rules are subject to change if necessary.

NOTE! I don't own very many copics, plus I'm running low on skintones and blenders and haven't had the chance to buy new ones, so if you order copics work from me I might have to do some of it in CG. Copics commissions will also cost some more than other mediums because the pens are pretty expensive.

Bribe.
If your commission is interesting/easy/etc, you might get it for pretty cheap 3nodding Then again even all the gold on Gaia won't make me draw a commission I don't like, so don't count on it.
I don't like pricing my own art, so don't just say "whatever you feel is right", it will only annoy me. D:
Although the prices should be in gold by default, I do accept items as payment. Here's some examples of great bribes :>

Today's Specials.
Whenever I'm throwing a Today's Specials event there will be some pretermined price for the specials commissions.

Art Trade.
If your artwork is somewhat on the same level as mine, I might accept art of my avis/OCs as payment :3 ASK ME before drawing though, don't expect me to just accept the trade without agreeing to it first. Some art samples of your own is a must if you want to trade, obviously.

Likes: beautiful people, hands, traditional Japanese clothing, BL, challenging poses, shades of scarlet and terracotta, textures and patterns
Doesn't like: guns, bad anatomy, overly buff guys, Angelic Sash, gloves :c
Will draw: couples, groups, animals&other creatures

I don't usually draw backgrounds for I'm not very good at it, but I'm ready to try if you have a cool idea :3

Will make wallpapers, signatures, banners, avatars, old school Winamp skins and pretty much anything you can think of (of the commissioned picture) for an extra fee :3

◆ Here's what will happen after:
Bribe commissions.
Send me a trade after you've written your order information, and I will either accept or decline the order as soon as I can. I'll draw the picture. When I'm finished I'll send you a preview / leave one in the pickup, we'll confirm the trade and I'll send you the final picture / post it in the pickup.
Art trades.
Remember to post some samples of your own in the order information! I will reply to your order as soon as I can, and either accept or decline you for art trade. I'll post some avatar / OC options for you to choose from. The both of us start drawing, posting some WIPs of how it's going. When both are finished we'll send each other previews and then the final pictures.
