The Damn Good Burgers weren't great with the grill. Even after spraying with nonstick, they still stuck and overall, they didn't stay together well. I had to finish the rest on the indoor griddle. D:

Yeah, I discovered that one day when I was cooking in my backyard. I think the egg made it fall apart. I'll tweak the recipe and figure out a way to do it. ^^;

So far, the best way to do it is on a cast iron skillet or use the stove.

I like what the egg does to the burgers, though. It gives it a nice crust. I'm sticking with my seasoned griddle whenever I use that recipe. :3

I got a of compliments. More so for the apple crisp n.n;

Gluttony 101 should cater the Gaia Prom. 8D
Oh, we should, Taki. xD

I'm a chef, and former student so I know how it feels XD

This is a dish that is easy and even light to those who pay attention to their weight but still fancy something filling, or make it into bite sized snacks! wink

Time: about 15 - 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- Slices of ham, turkey or chicken (preferably what you put on a sandwich, and you'll need at least three slices for each wrap)
- Spring onions
- Philidelphia cheese, in this case Light wink (each pack can spread 4 wraps)
- Tortilla wraps
- Jalapeno slices (those that are pickled in a jar and already sliced for convenience)

What you'll need:
- Chef Knife for cutting, simple cutlery knife for spreading
- Cutting board for the spring onions
- Plate to place the wraps on
- Plastic foil

How to:
1) Slice through the sprigs of spring onions so that you have long thin strips.

2) Then warm up the wraps so that they are easily managable when rolling up (ussually 40 seconds the whole pack in the microwave) then place the wrap in front of you.

3) Open the philidelphia cheese, (I ussually cut the spread in the package in four parts, this helps you with knowing how much to use for each wrap) Then spread the 1/4 of the cheese on the wrap evenly.

4) Place the slices ontop of the wrap, try to stay within the wrap and try not to overlap either, you want to keep things even wink

5) No here comes the trick to why you warmed the wrap up, take a few strips of spring onions and place then right on the edge thats closest to you. Because the wrap has been warmed up you can roll them up, keeping the onions in the midle. (if you hadn't warmed the wraps up, the wraps would crumble when you try to roll them)

Make sure the spring onions stay in the center of the wraps when rolling it, once completly rolled you simply put them on the plate and continue on the second.

6) When you are done, cover the plate with the wraps in plastic and put them in the fridge. Leave it to cool so that the wrap stays in place.

Optional:

7) When you don't want to eat the wrap as is, you can slice it like a sushi roll, making bite-sized snacks, decorate it with a jalapeno pepper (which also gives it bite) and server it to your guests wink

I hope you enjoy my recepy, keep in mind its been patent XD

The USPT and Gluttony 101 usually do joint-threads during events. xD We'll probably just do what we usually do.
Unless we become less lazy. Which is unlikely. Also, maintaining two event threads seems silly.

Your avi looks cute this morning, Taki.
